So, I thought I would take the time to post a second prepper ad since my first one was a little vague and some things have changed since the last time I’ve posted here.

First of all, I’m former military. I was an MP (Military Police) in the Army for 6 years…Active Duty. I was HONORABLY discharged and have the DD214 to prove it. Deployed to Afghanistan twice…totaling 18 months all together. I got out as an E-5 (SGT). I have a lot of military training from US Army Combatives Level I instructor (the modified form of Jujitsu), Combat Lifesaver Course to Anti-Terrorism Adviser Course (I have all the certificates on hand expect the Combat Lifesaver). This is all in addition to the normal military training (rifle marksmanship, first aid, etc.).

Information regarding my current profession will be left a little vague for OPSEC (Operational Security) reasons. I’m currently a jailer/corrections officer/bailiff somewhere in the state of Washington. Through this profession I have advanced my knowledge in civil disturbance, tracking, and defensive/control tactics.

What I can bring to a group:

I am a hard worker and dedicated to the mission at hand. I’m an “outdoor guy” that likes to go camping, hunting and trying to survive with the bare minimum. My knowledge and experiences within my profession combined with my time in the military have honed my mindset and skills with firearms and physical control techniques. In a nutshell, I’m very good with a gun (although admittedly still not Top Shot material) and self defense. I am willing to follow orders and take charge when needed. I have extensive prepping that includes cached supplies of food and guns and I have a small arsenal of weapons and ammunition. I am also physically fit, 29 and weighing in at 170lbs with no health issues or allergies.

My weaknesses and flaws:

I live in the city (way too close to the Hanford Nuclear Reservation). My cache is hundreds of miles away. My wife is pregnant with our first born child. I don’t have hardly enough food to survive on hand (maybe a few months at the present moment). I’m not nearly as self sufficient as I should be (no garden, no solar panels on the roof, etc.). I also commute to work via carpool in a prison/jail (if power goes out or the facility locks down I have no way out).

Some other misc facts to note:

*Although I am critical of the government, I am very pro Law Enforcement and will not associate myself with anyone that advocates violence against any Law Enforcement Agency.

*I am Wiccan and my wife is Pagan. Nevertheless, I am very open minded and spiritual. I think the bible has very good teachings of moral conduct that I wish to instill into my child (as I was) then give my child a choice as to which path to choose.

*Although I am white, I will not tolerate racism in any way. I believe that people should be judged by their character and their actions, not on their ethnic background.

If you cannot keep your decisions based upon my fit as a group member unbiased based on these facts, then I suggest moving on to another prepper.

If you think that I would be a good fit to your group please e-mail me at wiccan_pentacle [at] yahoo.com

If you wish to start a group of your own, just trying to find other preppers in the area or would like to just talk about SHTF stuff then please, also e-mail me at wiccan_pentacle [at] yahoo.com…after a few e-mails I may invite you to come attend a shooting range with some of my coworkers/friends/potential group members (I use the gun ranges to feel out potential group members). While there, I am willing to teach anyone about firearms for free. All I ask is that you pay attention, be safe and if you cannot bring your own firearm then at least put in money for the ammo.

-Blessed Be

*Riot Out*

Hi all. New member to the site today. I live in Oxford GA looking to network with others in or around my community, because as we all know..it’s coming. We are a Christian family of 4. My wife and I are in our mid thirties and have have two boys 7 and 3. While new to prepping as a whole, I have begun my water and food storage and am working on that. Being a hunter and outdoorsman, I already have my weapons, ammo and camping/backpacking equipment covered. We’ll leave it at that. I can also reload ammo.  I am also prepared to bug in (depending on situation) as I live on 7 acres with a natural water supply and have a safe room for natural disasters in our area such as tornadoes.  However, what I do not have is a bug out location or friends on the same page as me. While I do have access to leased hunting land with my camper, it is 2 1/2 hrs away and not ideal, so I’m trying to iron out that area of my plan. Not looking for any handouts. I have a good job (for now, haha) and am buying what I need to as I can. Would like to meet others near me to bounce ideas off each other, make friends and help one another if needed. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I am looking for a better way of life. I am tired of trying to keep up in the rat race. My father taught me at a yung age what hard work is and to appreciate everything i get. He also showed me a way of life that was different from the outside world, where the rivers flow and the valleys and canyons go on forever and nature is at peace. But then one day life speeded up and I was caugh in a web of the real world. I have always wanted to go back to those peaceful days on the river gold mining, the sounds of the coyotes at night, and sitting around the campfire at night. I am now a single mother of three wonderful children, two are adults and one is 15. I have taught my kids about nature and how to servive. We are all knowledgeable in organic farming and herbs for medical use. We would like to get more prepared for what ever disasters that will accure. I would like to find a community that is prepping or some property to rent or lease. i am moving in two months. thanks

my girlfriend and i are preppers. were looking for other preppers that can act or even be civilized under stress. looking for either people that have knowledge of a grand amount of things or can follow direction and guidance.  i am a very straight forward person, i do not dance around the bush lifes to short for that. physical condition is a factor too (dont need vin deisle or eva L but do need to be able to run jump and climb if need be).  Again needs to be great with people or at least willing to try there hardest to be. organic drugs and medicine is ok but no human alt chem of such(going green). No major disabilities(there best option is to bug-in due to evasive operations). other then that pros and cons     CONS: money and land.   PROS: Advanced knowledge in alternate fuels,  hunting and preservation, metals, agriculture and plant illnesses/treatment, stiches, hand and spear fishing, natural home building, multiple sciences and water filtration and gathering methods,    tracking and natural sign reading,  just about every kind of doomsday sinerio and ways to stay alive, scratch solar cell building and thats about it. other than that we are active and very coordinated. i have no problem solving problems and coming up with solutions. so any other preppers in the area or ones that arnt but need people to work  land or money but dont have a group let me know.
