Starting a community near Denver Colorado

Hi there,

I am part of a group looking to buy land SE of Denver.

We are in talks to purchase 210 acres, that feature a running oil well, two gas wells, a year round stream, and existing water wells. To get the best price we need to purchase all of it at once.

We have an electrician, a mechanic, LEED certed architect, a couple engineers, a teacher who wants to homeschool, an accountant, hunters, general contractors, access to earth movers, and even a gunsmith and 2 rn’s.

Our goal is an off grid, self sufficien, defensible Agro community.

My wife and I , in our 40′s live on a farm and consider ourselves sustainable preppers. I feel in my life time I have already seen the best economic times. We have some food storage and 3 water sources. We have land, animals, tools, equipment, guns and know how. We may have a great place for a bug out . Our plan is to be able to sustain and protect ourselves from this location. I am of a generation of people, just as most of us that have not had to fight for our freedom or sacrifice for our prosperity and we have become soft. We all need to be come sustainable and know how to take care of ourselves, our family and others.looking for like minded reasonable people to resource  with. We will need each other. Store up during a time of plenty so you can sustain yourself, your family and friends in times of need.
