I strongly believe that Americans have grown soft. Having been overseas a few times and seeing the worst in human nature I feel Americans will behave even worse if faced with a truly disasterous economic downturn. Most who are used to the modern conviences will think the world has ended if they can’t use their cell phones and the behavoir kn the dome during Katrina will seem like a pleasant vacation compared to what will happen when we can no longer fuel for our vehicles. I feel I have completly failed my wife by not being able to explain this very real possibility. I have recently moved to Hoschton GA and am looking to meet like-minded people with families so we may support and protect, if necessary, each other. I have recently retired from the Army, my wife is 32 and kids are 9,4 and 2. I have numerous skills that could significantly contribute to the success of any group of families.
