If you are a born-again Christian and feel the end times kicking into gear and would like to begin preparing to protect and provide for your loved ones when disaster strikes; then now’s the time. Jesus gave us the parable of the ten virgins, of whom five prepared and five who did not and which of the two groups did not make it. Jesus also told us to make friends of the mammon because we may need the help of others one day. Joseph was instructed by God to prepare during a time of plenty for a time of famine and saved many, many, MANY lives. Remember the proverb of the ants that store up in summer in order to survive the cold winter? The bible also says that we are worse than unbelievers if we do not provide(food, shelter and protection) for our families. There is also the warning that if a man does not work; he does not deserve to be fed; which means we are to provide for ourselves in both the good times and in the bad. We are instructed by scripture to do what we can when we can and then to rely on faith knowing that God will protect us and provide for us when we are unable to help ourselves. We are also warned to NOT tempt the Lord by being foolish and ignoring the signs of the times; but to prepare both spiritually and in this physical realm until he returns. Even government agencies are advising their citizens to get prepared for anticipated disasters both natural and man-made. Gather together with us as we make new friends, learn new skills, get exercise and prepare together. Families, singles, dink’s, and especially backsliders are all welcome.
