Looking for people to join a sharefarm cooperative that is in the formative stages. Need fifty families to develop a one-hundred-forty acre farm as a working farm in eastern Connecticut, while normal society continues to function. Farm will operate as multi-product general farm, producing goods to be consumed by share holders or to be sold at local markets. Shareholders who choose to sell rather than consume their produce will receive a dividend after costs are paid at the end of the fiscal year.
Fifty camp sites with working septic, electric and water systems will be built on farm to be used when/if farm goes to garrison status. As long as society functions normally, shareholders will be able to stay on the farm as a recreation, when ever they want.
