my family is ready to start a community for the future.... we have a 100 acres and are at a point now where we want to invite like minded families to invest in their future. we have been organic and prepping for the last 12 years and are going to be offering lot spaces for lease at around 15-20k initial investment this will get your bug out site and future insured and it is up to your family to work the land with us.

we have a group in minnesota that is setting up a 20 site future community for like minded preppers and this location will have all the people needed to get through what ever comes our way.

we have the location

we have the food source

we have the fresh water source

we have the training and gun range

we are secluded

all we need is you and your family

we are looking to set up 99 year leases on agriculture land zoning for a initial investment and forming a legal coop with a valid board and voting rights yes with all the bylaws and rules….very similar to leasing a campsite at a vacation area…but you will have a bunker provided and you can set up the rest as you need.
