I am a married man in my younger thirties who lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I am an avid outdoors person and always try to gain new skills. Some of my recent skills include canning, knitting, gardening, and plan to start cooking with my solar oven in the spring. Hoping to start a small homestead and wanting to meet up with like minded individuals. In particular, I would like to get a group going similar to "the group" from Rawles' book "Patriots".
