I am ex military intelligence. I reside in South Saint Paul/ Inver Grove Heights. What`s your group about, what do you do for training, where are you based out of, what fire power do you have, do you have set uniforms or use a rank structure? I`m looking into multiple groups and want a no BS group. I am currently in an unsafe radiation zone. If SHTF and no one maintained the nuclear power plant then it would go critical in 3 days and everyone in the cities ass is grass. I have tubs of supplies (Yes I know it`s not a good idea to advertise it but you dont know where I live or whats in them) I have all my military knowledge, gear, and ammo. Im looking for a militia/ prepper group out of the blast zones and who is willing for me to live on property with them. Im looking for large acreage/ bunkers/ etc. Preferably somewhat near business of some sort so I can continue my “collection” and contribute more. Msg me if your no BS serious.

looking at starting a prepper group or finding one, im new to prepping and have many ideas to bring with me as well. for those groups that are already set in stone and maybe looking for new members i would love to join. i have a background of roofing as well as masonary pull shed building farming gardening mechanics hunting cooking some medical sewing knitting and braiding. i would be bringing along my fiance which is in medical school. i curently have a bug out bag made up as well as edc for me and my fiance. if any one has any info on a group or would like to bs about some ideas email me at gpeterick at gmail dot com. thanks for looking

I’m currently in the process of closing on 40 acres of useable land/woods in northern MN, about 3 days walk from Minneapolis. It is surrounded by Federal land and has a lake close by and a trout fishing stream close by.

My Goal: To build a 100% off the grid location using solar/wind/possible water as power. Working shower and running water in the kitchen with septic. However, the toilet would be a humanure compost system.

I have quite a bit to bring to the table in regards to ability to cultivate crops and raise livestock. I have 3 solid members devoted to defense, all self defense instructors. I may also possibly have a 10yr police veteran. Where I am lacking, is medical. I’m looking for people with real life medical skills (doctors, dentists, military medics, etc).

Long term plans are to dig a root celler as well as bury a shipping container to store preps in.

What is your nearest big city, and what are you prepping for? I think that if we can get an idea of who is close we might be able to connect off line and form alliances. There is strength in numbers and only the strong survive.

My family and I are just north of St.Paul and we are prepping for economic collapse and “civil unrest”.

I am in Oakdale, MN definitely interested in getting with a group or starting a group with someone, just in the infancy of starting prepping.  I have military and survival skills as well as some medical experience.  Along with that I have some mechanical and building experience.  I would like to no more about becoming energy independent with solar panels as well as other ways to prep to hold in my home for a little while before a possible bug out depending on whatever happens.  Hope someone with experience is close and we can get together help each other as well as pick each others brains.  I also have some other ideas on certain things, but mainly looking for a group where we could all rely on each other and be closely knit.

Hi, My wife and I have been SEARCHING for like minded (see title above) folks to work with. I hope we can talk further. We are 49 and 56 years old, reside in Dakota County and posses skill sets to share that we believe will prove valuable. For example : K-12 teaching license, Sports medicine certification,CPR, first aid,  former corrections officer, hunting fishing and survival skills, firearm skills,(AR15,.308, 1911A1, 12 ga. semi and pump, tactical of course as well as others), gardening (we grow), food preservation(canning,dehydration, vacuum sealing, food grade containers),water filtration and more. We are of course equipped for all of these and we have our own food,  supplies ect. to last at least a year. We also know some of the best places to source supplies. So it is our wish to only be an asset. We have been prepping for 4 years. The only thing we haven’t been able to do is find others to work with. We are empty nesters and very committed with no in state family save for my 33 year old daughter and her husband who have made it clear that their priorities are very different causing us to make some very hard decisions, but they have been made.  You can lead a horse to water………. We love our home but in the event of civil unrest or martial law, we have all the tools (suitable vehicle, cargo etc.) to bug out, but no place to go! I am new to this site, and looking for other people in Minneapolis to make a plan with. I have everything I need for myself for supplies so I’m not looking to get cut in on someones stash, just think I would do better in a group than going solo. I have several useful skills and knowledge that I can bring to a group and hope to find others that do as well. I’m in my mid 20′s and have a German Shepherd that is becoming very well trained to be useful in any scenario, and she would need to be a part of the team as well. Personal Philosophy (to make sure we are like-minded): I do not believe a world ending event is what we are preparing for.  In my opinion, a world ending event is exactly that. One would need to be more lucky than prepared to only survive a short amount of time any how. In other words, I’d rather run to the comet and see one last hoorah. With that said, I think there is world-changing events every single day. Just not usually in your back yard. Much of Africa has been in an apocalyptic state for–well forever. If I were in Greece right now, I would be looking to not be in Greece right now. Power grids can fail and no one in America is prepared but a few. This should be one concern of ours. It would not be the end of the world but riots happen for lesser events. People get crazy for lesser things than not having food immediately available to them. But people also come together in times of great need always giving us hope in humanity. We should all want to help by being one of those leaders that is prepared so we can help those who were not.  If you agree we would be on the same page. (Again, I am not motivated by surviving extinction level events or looking to start a militia here.) Our common goal will be to create a network of individuals that don’t need to be persuaded that it is possible America might not have the rich comforts we are all so accustom to. Self sufficiency is a key goal. We should be convinced that many people are starting to recognize that the need for self sufficiency is important and that our future as a country lies in our ability to be self-sufficient individuals, communities, states, and country. If you would like to open discussion via email please email me at aacres00 [at] hotmail [dot] com. We are a group of people with military, Law enforcment, survival and/or medical background looking to form a strong community south of the MPLS/Saint Paul Cities. Everybody body will be traveling up north. We will be traveling down south (secret location will be revealed once we form a tight group). I have a few plans in mind. Hello,

I am currently looking to branch out in my local area and build a stronger community.  I live in Frogtown north of the capital about a mile.  Near Western and Maryland.  There recently was a murdered body found near here and there have been more and more sketchy activity.  I would just like to see if there are any like minded individuals around.   I am energy independent and have a lot of “projects” going on and am very active.  My wife and I own our own home and we do not have a tv so we have a lot of time for other non-brain rotting activities.  Let me know if anyone is around here.  I would like to meet lots of people all over the state but if S does HTF I don’t think that someone on the West side of Minneapolis is going to be able to help me nor I help them.  So I am trying to keep it close.
