Family of five to ten looking to move with 90 to 120 days notice.

We are Christians.  My wife and I are retired and debt free with moderate monthly income (long as the economy lasts).  We are looking to live a self sustaining life style full time and move to join a group or help start one. By living a self-sustainable lifestyle before you can survive while thriving after any crises that may occur.  I am not looking for a place to hide and die but a permanent change in lifestyle to start getting off the grid as we can and then staying off the grid in a secure, secluded area.

I don’t want to work hard and dumb but simple and basic.  I have a lot of tools and equipment.  I hope to also get (or build) a saw mill and backhoe.

We have food, water filters, some weapons and ammo and a camper to live in till I can build a living structure.  Will be building some type of an earth structure from one of the following: Aircrete, CEB, (compressed earth block) Rammed Earth Bags and/or Adobe using the reactive home concept for a living structure (no mechanical heating or cooling) as taught by Bill Mollison long before Mike Reynolds’ Earth Ship concept ever came along.  I am thinking about build my own CEB press.  I also have the material to build a metal roof for a shop about 40’x40′ using earth walls from local soil.

I believe biofuel is one answer for renewable fuel and garbage scrap disposal.

Aquaponics is the only real answer to a year round renewable food source of meat and vegetables that I am aware of.  Built in a reactive greenhouse.

I have personal experience with compost toilets and have built two of them so far with good results.

We have a 2000 gal. rain catchment system in place at our current location.  Designed for a purification system that is renewable without going to the store for filters.  We built a furnace to make activated charcoal to use with sand (which is in abundance).  We have most of the purification system already assembled and ready for food grade 55 gal barrels.

If we join a group, we will need at least 1-2 acres to build and live on. We want to help others do the same, we also want to work on the common area preparing it for the group for when it all falls apart.

I am learning more every day and by no means have even scratched the surface so I want to learn all I can from others as well.

We have started converting our lights over to LED lighting, 12v rolls of strip lights in the old 120v light fixtures.  With changes in electrical consumption we have cut our usage in half over the last year getting ready to switch to solar and wind with battery storage.  I am leaving the old 120v system in place so I can take the new system with me.

I have a wife, two sons, (23 & 31) a daughter-in-law, daughter (26) with 3 year old son all in better than average health.  We also have friends who want to go with us as time will permit them to do so.

No medications required for any of us as we use essential oils, herbs and supplements and hopping to start grow a lot of what we will need.  I am looking forward to learning more on how to make tinctures and our own E oils.  As well as canned and fermented foods(the more of this the less refrigeration needed).   We are all on board for this.

We thought we had a place but it didn’t work out so we need to get out of the city.  We currently live in a highly populated area in an irrigated desert which is running out of water.  When power is gone, the water will be gone as will civil order.

I am a Army Vet 73 to 77 was an E5 Motor Sgt in Schweinfurt, Germany.

We have construction experience, electrical, plumbing, welding, machine, metal buildings & roofs (one retro fit roof the size of two foot ball fields 82′ up), mechanic of both gas and diesel, solar hot water system, semi truck driver, some reloading experience and equipment, certified gun smith (passed a test), canning experience with canning equipment and much more.

I have worked relief on two hurricanes working almost 30 days with each one.  So I have seen total destruction, civil disorder, rioting, marshal law with state troopers and national guard.  I’ve also seen families who were desperate and not prepared at all along with families who never missed a beat as they were ready for the natural disaster that hit.  I lived at a mission base 13 years ago with my oldest son for two months in the Amazon without power so we ate meat only when we had caught or killed it.

Eleven years ago we lived in a camper for one year on the road along the eastern coast from Niagara Falls, along the outer bank islands to Beaumont Texas then on to El Paso, down to Las Cruces, N.M, then from Sholo to Sahuarita, Arizona while homeschooling my two youngest.

We are debt free and looking to be in a group with christian values to connect with and then relocate to, which will not be a quick process as we will need to get to know each other (although time is short).  Don’t need decoder rings but security is an important point before we consider joining forces with others.  We are not looking for a group to join but one to be a part of to form friendship and trust where we cover each others back or 6 as some say.

We have served the Lord for 23 years full time without a paying full time job so we do not have a nest egg or 401K so if you are looking for someone with a lot of money look somewhere else.  If you would like a Godly relationship with a hard working and honest family then we are open to more communications as to how we could fit together.  We can support ourselves and are not looking for a free ride.

If you want to talk about someday maybe doing something then please find someone who is looking to someday maybe doing something to talk to.

If you are ready to act now, I have much more to share but will do so in a more private way.  So contact me then we can talk privately.  Email me and I will send you my phone number.

Two retired teachers, looking for a small acreage off the beaten track where we could build a little cabin. We almost bought 5 acres in between two families of preppers and across a dirt road from several others, but the sellers wouldn’t allow us to inspect the septic before closing, so we refused to sign the sales contract.

We would like to have neighbors who would band together and help each other when things go bad, which was what we thought we had found. If there was any other land out there for sale, we would buy it, but there isn’t.

We both hunt and fish, and my husband can butcher the animals. I have a lot of experience gardening, canning, dehydrating, and sewing.  We’ve stocked up on lots of things, including fabric, needles, patterns for simple tops and pants for all sizes, thread, elastic, etc., first aid supplies, linens, seeds, etc. We currently have a working farm that could go off grid at any time. Solar power, wells. ponds, gardens, livestock, but it is on a state highway with neighbors that might not be cooperative in a crisis.  We have decided that this place is not going to be safe for us, with no community of like-minded people nearby. If we weren’t on the highway, we would invite folks to come here, maybe sell off small portions of our place to other preppers, but that highway isn’t going to go away.

So if you know of somewhere we could build a BOL, we would like to hear about it, please.

I am a retired Navy vet that has been prepping 7 years.  I currently live in central Mississippi, moved here from Dallas, in an attempt to escape the big city in an economic crash.  I have determined that this location is unacceptable in a magnetic pole realignment scenario.  Need to be over 900′ above sea level.  The Ozarks seem to fit the requirements for both of these scenarios.

I am a young 65 year old that is still in good shape and I drive a ’97 F250HD that is in good shape as well.  Plan on purchasing a travel trailer prior to this move for my “home”.  I own over a years worth of freeze dried food, have a Berkey water filter, have a library of over 100 books and magazines related to off-grid living and just too many items for self sufficient living to list.

I am spiritual in that I believe in God but not attending a church.  I attempt to live a Christian life but fail all too often.  Willing to work with building/maintaining a garden, any construction projects or any other projects that need to be planned/worked.

I have worked in Naval aviation as a hydraulic tech, an Air Traffic Controller and finally in the field of computer operations and maintenance.  Since my retirement I have spent 15 years driving 18 wheelers nation wide.  I maintain my own vehicles, have rebuilt 2 automotive engines, have an adequate amount of mechanic tools and experience to get me through tough times.  Am working on several ideas to create off-grid DC power, 24/7/356, without relying on wind or solar to charge a large bank of batteries.

Reach me at wthms [at] mail [dot] com or PM me at this site. Thanks.

Hello Ladies and Gents

I would like to thank so many people from this site for all the contacts and conversations we ,My son and I received we have been offline and off grid for a while. With time and a little patience this site has gained us a friend who we teamed up with and a group that we three are now members of and we all live together in our own places. We my son and I have been in groups for long term stays as we have said before in our other post [ Get us if you can ]… We do not know what happened but we were not able to get into our post or back on the site with our old profile. But we are back and we ask each of our friends who have contacted us to get back in touch you know who you are lol…As I was saying it is hard to wade through so many people and groups and find the real deals as most of us very well know, however after many months of looking for the right people and so many contacts even friends,, we made a choice and we could not be more happy with the real and down to earth people we have found.. For op sec reasons I will not be giving a list of we got this and we got that …

Now if you are looking for a group to bond with to become friends and maybe extended family we may be what you are looking for .. If you are real, , honest,,  true to yourself and others you may fit..  we are not a religious group we have many people with many different points of view and we respect each other and each others points of view…  We are open to all good people contact us by e mail if we like what we see and hear we will move to phone person to person talks and get to know each other.. we love ex mil alpha dogs and those who have a prepping and security mindset..  If you have skillsets you bring to the table and you wish for safety in likeminded numbers we may be your kind of crazy lol

Hello,
My name is Scott,  I live outside of New Orleans and have been trying to relocate to the Ozarks for the past few months. I turned 37 yesterday and it’s just me and my dog (border-collie) I am a professional chef/cook/baker and on my time off I do research and development on alternative energy and resources. Born again and baptized four years ago and have been awake and preparing ever sense. I am completely self sufficient and am absolutely not looking for someone to take care of me, but become part of a team/family. My current location is unacceptable and makes my preparations nearly worthless, I know what is coming. Just looking for like minded individuals to reach out to in these troubling times. scottchristianfaith(at)gmail*dot-com_
Thank you for your time,
Scott

I come with everything needed to be a productive member of any group seeking to be self sufficient and prepared
I have spent several years putting together a good food supply, tools, medical supplies, emergency gear and more.
I have recently finished building my tiny home which will provide me with a safe place to live.
Now I am looking for a group of good people who are serious about surviving the coming storm in whatever form it may take on.
I also come with many skills which would be of benefit to any group.
Carpentry, plumbing, concrete/rebar, roofing, farming crop/animal and more.
I am open to most any location as long as the people are good.
If you and your group are interested in bringing on one more let’s talk and see what happens.
If you don’t have a group yet but want to start one, let’s talk.

My husband, myself and our 15 year old and 21 year old children are looking for another family in the Ouachita Mountains area to join and work towards having a secure and productive home that is entirely off grid and self-sufficient.  My husband and I were both raised with gardens, chickens, rabbits and he had cows.  He is disabled–not wheelchair or bed ridden–just arthritis and fibro myalgia–and has extensive knowledge of mechanics, carpentry and real life practical knowledge.  I am a good cook and well versed in home canning, gardening and also practical applications.  Our children are both respectful and disciplined and willing and able to work towards making a secure and comfortable life for everyone.  I have home schooled for the past 10 years and our daughter would also be able to home school other children.  We just want some folks like us–trying to make the best of such an uncertain future–wanting to live the way we were intended to.  To grow our own food–chop our wood, to be totally self sufficient and  stay away from the plans our government apparently has for us.  We are not particularly religious but have no problem with those who are.  We are clean, pleasant, intelligent, articulate and do not have any police record or any other sort of related problems.  We do have income and will be willing to share it with you and make all of us an even better place to call home.   We look forward to hearing from and meeting you soon.  Thanks so much for reading my meandering ad–I just don’t know what to say–we just want some good and decent people that we can be friends and hopefully like family to go through these next trying years with.  Thanks again..

Our family (of 4 possibly 5) is realizing that things are heading downhill fast and is looking for a likeminded community or small group to connect with.  We are praying to find someplace that can allow us in based on what an asset we can be and not the money we can bring.  We wish to relocate to Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, N. Nebraska, but preferably somewhere out West since it is less populated (Montana, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, North or South Dakota, Wyoming, and Utah). We are choosing not to remain in Tennessee. We know the SHTF soon and we want to take action now. So far we have a few books, some food, and our BOBs. We know time is short and are hoping to make this change soon. We also know that it will not be easy work and it will be WORK…..we understand that and wouldn’t expect it to be worth it if wasn’t.

Skills we can offer…. My husband is a mechanic (auto and diesel), knows flooring, carpentry, meat cutting, gardening, firearms, how to live  in the woods, hunting and fishing, self-defense, cooking (indoor and out), has been known to pull a MacGyver now and then, childcare, some medical, and he even does laundry. I can bring the basic household duties but I have also worked many jobs and can probably do it all except weld or drive a semi (but I haven’t tried those yet either), I have cleaned stalls, worked in food service, Amazon fulfillment, MANY factory jobs, office jobs at a college and a tax office, customer service positions, and traveled with a carnival a friend owns. My daughter just graduated in May 2016 and has her first real job at Amazon, but she has always helped my uncle at their place with the garden, grass cutting, and just following him around helping. My son is starting high school this year.

In all honesty, I’M SCARED AS HELL OF WHAT IS TO COME!!!!!!!! While I have no doubt that my husband will do whatever it takes to protect us, I know that we need more training and help to make it. We are not financially blessed by any means, he works a decent job, and I am unemployed, making the other income to the household an SSI check and child support. I am scared for my children and the future that is in front of them, especially my son. I see these things of how they want to “weed out” the weak, disabled, and elderly, and it frightens me as to what could happen to him. We have thought of all the options we have when the time comes and some of them frighten and hurt me. We currently live just outside of Chattanooga, but it is just over the mountain in our backyard, and those folks are going to be heading somewhere to try to survive….

We do not want to hide any information from you, so you ask and we will tell. We have no roots here, and have been looking to leave for a while, but have stayed just because it’s where my kids have always gone to school. I pray that things do not occur the way everyone is saying, but all the signs are pointing in that direction. I get bombarded with emails daily about the coming things and at times I am ready to give up because I just don’t know what to do. I know the Lord says to trust in Him in all things, but it is hard for me sometimes and that scares me too. You can reach us at live4future17[at]gmail[dot]com we look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have found about 26 acres that I think would make a great bug out location. I’m actively looking for 5-6 small family groups to band together and form a safe self-sustaining haven in case the worst does happen. Best case scenario….we have a great off grid spot to live or retire. If you’re interested or have any questions please let me know.

Hello, I just moved back to Arkansas. I am looking for a small group, minus any maniacal zealots who wants to be king personalities discluded.

I as anyone who has put much real thought have my own set of skills, as well as ideas. The reason I want a small groyo vs. a larger established group is not only security, but to avoid a obvious paper trail.

I made this wrap around email to avoid it being tracked back to me. Since I have in depth studied gov tactics, I am obviously careful.

I see a lot of the same post on different states, and suggest anything you want kept secret not to post. I see a lot of people posting about big farms, a lot of info. Trouble with big operations they are easy to track.

If anyone seriously interested in poofing when it goes down, I am free to talk. I am happy to share my ideas and may even give you insights on the overlooked. I am in Nwa, and probably going to set up a group. This way I can screen and avoid the obvious mistakes most tend to make..

We are looking to find other like minded in our area. Also, hoping to move on the east side of Oklahoma off the grid.
We are family with almost 4 adult children and 4 younger ones.
We home school and half of us our vegan. (when the SHTF we would eat meat if it were the only food) But we do try to raise our family and leave  as little carbon footprint as possible. We would like people who are free thinkers, agnostic, atheist, Buddhist types.  (nothing against Christians, just not our cup of tea) We are hoping to build a very large green house to have produce year around and of course use humanure compost along side the rest of our compost.
Anyway, if anyone like minded is interested in finding a place to co habitat together, please let me know.

I seek a very small Remnant:
I am a single and alone 61yo respectful and honorable man of high moral standards and beliefs. I seek to know our Creator as he is, by learning his language, keeping his Torah as best I can, meeting him on his own terms and not by the interpretation or translations of other worldly men. I seek the Unity and Brotherhood of a very small remnant in my camp, which is guarded closely and kept in good order of condition as instructed by the most wise, the omniscient Yahuah.

I have a great location in SE Oklahoma, just 25 miles north of Paris Texas. It is 19 acres, has a good size pond, trees and pasture, garden, a new small orchard and vineyard, Shop 40Wx88Lx14H cement floor with built in apartment at one end (under construction). Electric on property, water well and septic, cellular internet and in a country rural setting with great neighbors. Just three miles south of Hugo Lake with great fishing and hunting. A sportsman’s paradise…

I believe in being well armed for defense of my people and my property, I train as best I can to maintain discipline and order. I keep my reserve well stocked and my position aware. I have a few chickens, have had in the past goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and more…

I am not trying to be unreasonable and will do my best to work with people who are willing to meet Yahuah as he is and on his own terms, but Yahuah’s Word is the final source of correction in righteousness. (Your bible is not the Torah Echad of Yahuah, but only a translation in interpretation and myth. It is of foreign authorship and corruption, a counterfeit in pollution by way of western philosophy, theology, tradition and full of lies, deception and the like.)

Order in the Camp: Keep, Guard Protect and Provide…
Deu 23:14 “For יהוה your Elohim walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you. Therefore your camp shall be Kadosh, so that He does not see unclean matter among you, and shall turn away from you.

This is where I am at the present time:
I do not drink but a little wine on occasion (the same will be expected of you), I do not take any drugs / herbs / oils / tobacco for my healing or otherwise but for food and to quench the thirst as Yahuah alone heals and my faith is in the Creator and not the creation (the same will be expected of you). Herbs / oils are good for perfume and fragrance, to spice the cooking pot. But sorcery in witchcraft will not be tolerated, the use of anything taken orally will be for nourishment and to quench the thirst, anything used for any other form of healing / cure will be considered sorcery and not allowed.

This year and the next will be a great year to build as I am observing the Shemitah until the next time of the Barley Harvest which will then institute the beginning of the Jubilee year. This only happens in this order every Fifty years so I am doing my best to recognize this very special time.  The land will rest during this time, no planting or harvesting only partaking of what is needed at the time of whatever comes up volunteer:

(not preaching to the choir)
Lev 25:3 ‘Six years you sow your field, and six years you prune your vineyard, and gather in its fruit,
Lev 25:4 but in the seventh year the land is to have a Sabbath of rest, a Sabbath to יהוה. Do not sow your field and do not prune your vineyard.
Lev 25:5 ‘Do not reap what grows of its own of your harvest, and do not gather the grapes of your unpruned vine, for it is a year of rest for the land.
Lev 25:6 ‘And the Sabbath of the land shall be to you for food, for you and your servant, and for your female servant and your hired servant, and for the stranger who sojourns with you,
Lev 25:7 and for your livestock and the beasts that are in your land. All its crops are for food.
Lev 25:8 ‘And you shall count seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years. And the time of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.
Lev 25:9 ‘You shall then sound a ram’s horn to pass through on the tenth day of the seventh month, on the Day of Atonement cause a ram’s horn to pass through all your land.
Lev 25:10 ‘And you shall set the fiftieth year apart, and proclaim release throughout all the land to all its inhabitants, it is a Jubilee for you. And each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you return to his clan.
Lev 25:11 ‘The fiftieth year is a Jubilee to you. Do not sow, nor reap what grows of its own, nor gather from its unpruned vine.

At your service,

Ely

My husband and I are looking for like-minded people around Durant, OK.  We are both in our mid-60’s and are both veterans; I served 4 1/2 years in the USAF, and John spent 4 years in the USAF, then 18 years in the US Navy.  We have been prepping as time and resources permitted, but now that we are both retired we are prepping full-time.

We are a two family group who have been prepping for 3-5 years looking for putting together a small community on a parcel of heavily wooded/somewhat remote land.  We have been talking about this for a time and are ready to make the move.  We are seeking other interested parties who may have an interest in such an endeavor!

Tired of trying to do it all on your own.  you may be a good fit for our group .We are a nationwide prepping group made up of good people who care about each other, who take care of each other, and who prepare together. Why? Because we live in very uncertain times and it is the smart thing to do. At this time , we are 452 members strong in 43 States. If we continue to grow at this rate, we will be in all 50 States by December 2015 with more than 1,000 members. We are inviting you to join our family of preppers. We are an amazing group, you will make us better!

Our mission is to create an independent system, free of external support which would promote interdependence. In an uncertain world filled with natural disasters and worldwide terrorism, it is only reasonable for a person to seek security in the strength of a group. This system will ensure the safety and security of its members regardless of the scope, duration, or intensity of any emergency. Our mission is to develop a nationwide network of well organized, well prepared, well meaning, likeminded individuals who know, trust and care about each other. The goal of our group will be to leverage the collective skills and resources of its Members so that when the storm arrives, the weak will be safe, the hungry will be fed, and the sick will be healed. Please check out our Plan B .  If you are interested in more information please email me back and I will answer any questions you may have.  bredon1384 [at] gmail [dot] com

Hello all,

First off, happy 4th of July to all American preppers!

I am a part of a small, Ohio-based prepping network that are looking to extend our membership out to the other mainland US states! (sorry Alaska/Hawaii). We are very organized in our methods of prepping and want like-minded people who can contribute, to come on board!

So some more info…

What are we:

– An Ohio-based prepping network! What does this mean? Basically, we are a group of like-minded prepping individuals who share their knowledge, wisdom and experience with other members of the network. We have our own, private lines of communication to do this.

– What do we do? In ‘peacetime’ we mainly share information and news between one another. The local individuals do meet for prepping meets/range days/beers and we are looking to become more organized (and varied) with our meetings as we grow in size.

– What do we have? Besides the usual prepping resources, we have organization and (hopefully) a growing community! In all seriousness though, we do have a hierarchy. This is formed and enforced through a moderate selection process; each member has an assigned peacetime and post-SHTF role based on their skill set. We have contingency plans, bugout location(s) (working on a few) amongst other things. We pride ourselves in being very organized.

What do we want:

– Likeminded individuals: We do not discriminate based on age, gender, marital status, religion, sexual preference, or anything else you can think of. However, we do select based on experience and there is an interview/selection process as explained below.

– Experienced Preppers: We do have a selection process. This is essentially to prevent freeloaders and ensure that you’re a good fit! We do ask that people applying be actively prepping prior to joining, or have the means to do so after joining. Exceptions are always given on a case-by-case basis but generally we aren’t a group suited for brand new preppers.

– People with niche skills, such as:

  • Medical professionals: Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Medics, EMT’s, Combat Medics.
  • Former soldiers/military personnel: Particularly those who have undertaken both training and/or combat roles. Former ‘specialist’ MOS’s are encouraged to apply.
  • Mechanics: Particularly vehicle mechanics.
  • Builders: Especially those with experience building small houses (or similar)
  • Naturists: No, not the people who are naked all the time. We’re looking for people with experience in edible plants, alternative medicine and growing large quantities of food.
  • Electricians/Plumbers: As with the builders, experience with domestic buildings is a plus!
  • Chefs: Anyone with experience storing, preparing and serving food. People with experience in creating home made alcohol also a plus.
  • Farmers/Vets: Anyone with experience in keeping and maintaining the wellbeing of animals. Particularly farm/domestic animals.
  • Blacksmith: Anyone with experience in fabricating and welding.
  • Seamstress: Experience making and repairing clothes.

What we are not:

– A paid membership-based network: We are not ZERT! You will be required to only give up knowledge and experience to become a member. Besides what you spend on your personal prepping, we will never ask you for your hard earned cash!

– A militia: we are not an organization to help you plan your government overthrow. We are about sustainability and community. Yes, we are armed, but are by no means an offensive fighting force. We won’t be going to war with the federal government, teaching you tax evasion or helping you plan the assassination of your neighbor. So if that’s what you want – move along!

– A charity: Our members prep their resources for themselves. We share knowledge and training now. Post-SHTF resource sharing will occur between communities in line with our pre-approved plans.

I know I have posted a lot of info, if you think that this network sounds like it could be for you, please leave a comment below, tell us about yourself and leave your email address! I actively monitor this so will reply pretty quickly. Looking forward to seeing whose out there.

– JP

Family of six maybe seven looking to move with 30 to 60 days notice.

We are Christians.  My wife and I are retired and debt free with moderate monthly income (long as the economy last).  We are ready to prep full time and move to join a group or help start a group. We are looking to live a self-sustainable lifestyle before and surviving while thriving after any crises that may occur.  I have my own tools and equipment, food, water filter, some weapons and ammo, camper to live in till living structure is built.  Looking to build a CEB (compressed earth block) living structure.  I am also building my own CEB press.  If we joined a group, we will need at least 1-2 acre to build and live on.  We want to help others do the same, also willing to work on the common area preparing it for when it all falls apart.   I am learning every day and by no means have even scratched the surface so I want to learn from others as well.  I also have the material to build a shop 39’x40′ with CEB walls from local soil.  I have two sons (21 & 30) a daughter (23) with 16 month old son (possibly a son-in-law) and a wife all in better than average health.   No medications required for any of us.  All are on board for this. We thought we had a place but it didn’t work out so we need to get out of the city.  We currently live in a irrigated desert which is running out of water.  When power is gone water will be gone as will civil order.  I am a Nam Vet.   We have building experience, some electrical, plumbing, welding, machine, metal buildings & roofs, mechanic both gas and diesel, solar hot water system, semi truck driver, reloading experience and equipment, certified gun smith (passed a test), canning experience with equipment and more.   I have worked relief on two hurricanes working almost 30 days with each one.  So I have seen civil disorder and rioting with families who were not prepared at all.  I’ve also seen families who never missed a beat as they were ready for the natural disaster that hit.  I lived at a mission base with my oldest son for two months in the Amazon without power so we ate meat only when we had caught or killed it.  Ten years ago we lived in a camper for one year on the road along the eastern coast from Niagara Falls, to Beaumont Texas then on to El Paso and Las Cruces N.M, then Sholo to Sahuarita, Arizona while homeschooling.  We are debt free and looking for a group with similar values to connect with and then relocate to, which will not be a quick process as we will need to get to know each other (although time is short).  Don’t need decoder rings but security is an important point before we consider joining forces with others.  We have served the Lord for 21 years full time without a paying full time job so we do not have a nest egg or 401K so if you are looking for a lot of money look somewhere else.  I have much more to share but will do so in a more private way.  So contact me then we can talk privately.

Hello I’m located in north central ok with my wife my animals and God willing two sons soon I would love to join a group but the uncertainties of my extended family (brother and his family, mother in law, etc.) make that hard (i wouldn’t abandon them but I also wouldn’t expect people to pull their share of the load) I guess I could be considered a “moderate” prepper as I want to prep for doomsday as well as what happens between then and now and what happens after. Me and my wife identify as Christian but wouldn’t consider ourselves “bible thumpers”. Politically I consider myself conservative in the strictest sense of the word. Mainly I prep for economic/societal collapse I feel it could happen for any number of reasons (war, terror, market collapse, disease, food or fuel shortage, civil unrest, etc.). we just started with the “beans” of our bullets beans and bandages style prepping so right now I would estimate we could last 3 weeks without resupply or supplement with hunting. I have basic knowledge of welding (mig, tig, and arc) I have a degree in gunsmithing and am a good enough shot I wouldn’t consider our armaments adequate as we lack a designated battle rifle but it’s not depleted either (4 rifles 2 handguns and 3000 rounds of assorted ammunition) I guess at the end of the day I’m looking for networking and knowledge sharing with the eventual goal of joining a devoted group. In the meantime I need to know more about growing food as well as canning I want to learn about aquaponics as well and setting up a system on the cheap. Right now me and my wife are buying our house in a small rural town so for a while we will be looking to bug in unless we join a group. Eventually I would like to purchase land outside of the town and bug out to that location. I would also like to meet face to face for certain training in small forces tactics but that will obviously have to wait until I have the tools for it. I guess my end point is I’m in the suggestion and tip gathering phase any advice would be greatly appreciated.
