We are in Iowa-an hours drive from any major city. 80 acres of trees-100 acres in total land-VERY private. We are putting together a private community. No more than 40-50 underground shelters. Each shelter comes fully stocked to survive the coming financial collapse or most every crisis looming on the horizon. Each shelter will take approx. 4 -6 weeks to prepare. The shelter comes with a 50 year lease. The shelter is NOT for living prior to a crisis. The point of it is a bug out shelter a safe haven when things go down. You can remove it from the property at any time which will forfeit the 50 yr. lease. Property has deer, turkey, fox, rabbit, and pheasant. This summer we are also putting in a 2 acre stocked pond, 200 chickens, rabbits, a gun range, archery range, berms for security all around, fox holes, security lookouts, apple orchard, blueberry patch, vineyard, several acre area for Heirloom gardening and more. This community is completely off grid. We will not break ground until we have deposit in hand and secured agreement. We can only survive what is coming if we join together. Security in numbers.
