Hello. We are a family of 5 with children 8 and under. We are in search of other families or individuals that are preppers. With our country going down the tubes, we believe that now is the time to meet like minded people who may want to form a group. We believe there is strength with numbers and would like to form a community of fellow preppers to increase the odds of survival.
I need someone willing to share land with me for homesteading reasons. I have 2 children that I share with my ex husband. I have basic first aid training, Gardening skills, Parenting experience as well as experience caring for others children, I am well versed in animal care including goats, chickens, rabbits, horses; I have minor skills with cattle and sheep but am taking steps to learn. I can sew, have basic repairing skills like the use of a screwdriver and a hammer, I can cut kindling and gather wood like a champ, i can stack chopped wood; but when it comes to the actual chopping for some reason the axe head likes my shins…
I Have a picture of what I would like to do: https://www.facebook.com/homesteading/photos_stream
And hope to Start an orphanage for POST shtf, I have seen personally and on the news and in war stories from local elders of people going through hard times or after disasters who cannot deal with their kids or feel they need to kill or abandon them in favor of feeding themselves, or perhaps they cant even do that much. But children are the future, they are hope. Family’s who have skills to offer post shtf will be admitted on probation, they will be told upfront they can if they wish just leave their children here and return for them should things look up again, This will also be an option for those who have no skills to offer. I have seen plenty of people who say “if you cant save me please save my child” or “without food to eat; to kill them would be a mercy” well I want to save them. When old enough they can shadow jobs that interest them them eventually begin to work for food. I will discuss with the land owner what we can support and how to fine tune this. remember post shtf we can take control of anything we can defend. Elderly maybe admitted if they have skill knowledge like knitting, crochet, or trade secrets such as making clothes, child care, planting, construction etc. this way everyone contributes somehow.
No drunks will be admitted, period, any who BECOME drunks will be booted as a safety risk.
Skills that will be needed: nurses/doctors, daycare provider/babysitter, Teachers for prek-6th grade, people with Security or Military background, Blacksmith, animal specialists & a vet.

Hello! Me, my husband, and our three dogs are planning to Bug In in Columbus, OH. We are working hard to get the house fixed up before winter rears her ugly head. We would like to meet some like-minded people in the area that could help us or that we could talk to about prepping. O-H…
I am s semi-new prepper, located in Northern NV, I have some supplies, and still collecting more. I have a family of 4, myself, my wife and our children ages 1 and 4. We both have skills, lots of weapons and ammo, food, water and various other supplies, and pretty good survival skills. We are both able to contribute in various ways. We are looking for a few people or families, to spit the cost of a undisclosed piece of land, and build a community of sorts, where everyone helps out and contributes, we could build several small houses, or something else… Or we could go to an established community, please name your price, pictures if possible, and what we need to do such as bring a rv, tent, a small house etc. Please respond with your email and I’ll reply asap.
Thank you,
Mike, Bri and the kids
I am searching for a person or persons, that are able to provide security on my land, up in Norhtern Arizona. 7.5 acres all total. The largest ( 2 conjoined parcels)is on the side of a mountain ( LP/OP). Area is isolated and remote. Elevation is approximately 5,300 ft.
Winters are mild, lots of cover/trees all over. Nearest town: (45 minutes drive) population is under 400. Closest major citie/s are over 60 miles. ALL Water must be hauled in right now. Willing to allow
person/persons to erect/build in certain areas. Goal: To provide a “safe haven” for others willing to assist in making a small area for gardening to inclue tree orchards. I have an ample mount of equipment, but I am unable to be “onsite” 24/7/365 due to needing to go for supplies and such…Due to the harshness of the area, a 4wd is not a necessity, but surely would be better than not… think “frontier” area. Must be able to provide own shelter/housing whether it’s an RV, travel trailer, or some other type hardsided type of shelter. Tents are not viable. Need to fence off the primary “living” areas. I will provide the tools and materials, you provide the “sweat equity”
Hello, I am not familiar with this type of site so please forgive my mistakes! I am a single mature woman in the Tucson area looking to join with others interested in locating land and building a small community of like minded persons in the Cochise county area.
I have a feeling that most people who would like to prepare for a disaster, don’t have the funds to buy their own farm or out-of-town property, and equip it properly for living through hard times. I know that I don’t have that much money. I am interested in joining others with similar goals who would like to pool our efforts to create an out-of-town get-away community. We could practice with weekend get-away trips to stock-up and prepare the community resources and have fun at the same time.
Anyone interested in starting a bugout community in the Inland Empire? I’m a So Cal professional, and don’t think reaching a distant Bug-Out-Location in a time of trouble is either safe or reasonable.
I’m looking at 75 acre ranch w/wells, surrounded by natl forest land, but close to a relatively small town. Thinking about making RV pads with underground container(s) for storage for each of about 50 carefully selected families. Each would bring special skills such as MDs, blacksmith, engineer, horticulture, etc.
Could be a way to get a nearby, safe, BOL for about $20,000 each and $5 to $10 K per year. If a sponsor wants in without skills, your cost could be less.
Is anyone doing anything like this? Or, is it a dumb idea?
