We are blessed to live on our East Texas 50+ acre homestead full-time, to spend every day molding and shaping it’s potential into reality. As a family, we have decided that we would like to offer the opportunity for certain folks to become a part of our community. We have discussed a few potential options and welcome ideas, because every situation is different. The benefits of a full-time homestead without the massive down payment, 30yr mortgage, 3+hour daily commute and 60hr farm work week. In addition, we offer the opportunity to build camaraderie, to develop and enhance our sustainability skill-set…to become a community BEFORE an event. This won’t be for everyone – It will require background checks, initial public meetings, time and financial investments.
Mister is a former Marine, law enforcement officer and firearms instructor with 25+yrs of experience. Missus is an IT Professional by day, and homestead supermom by night. A high school senior and fourth grader are cheerful farm hands. Extended family includes Army Ranger and Trauma Nurse. Dogs, barn kitty, chickens, ducks…there are always animals! We are a typical Christian family that loves to laugh, hike, watch movies, etc. We work very hard, and we try to play just as hard! We also ensure our family and our farm are prepared for any eventuality. You can email us [email protected] or visit that site for more info.

Just posting to meet more preppers in Maryland. (this does not exclude surrounding states) I am in Baltimore County and just about everywhere Maryland is an hour to an hour and a half away. I am networking with other preppers in Maryland and putting myself out there so others know that they are not alone. I am not inviting you to join a retreat, or asking for your money for anything, or trying to tell you how to prep. I am just trying to find other preppers in Maryland so that we can have a network of people to share information and help each other if needed. If you have a bug out spot or not, awesome, if you have been doing this for 30 years or 30 minutes, great. If things get bad then we need to know where our friends are north, east, south and west. Hope to hear from you.

I am a retired , 68, single in relatively good health. I currently live in the Seattle area. Bad area for survival, overdue mega quake, big volcano overdue for eruption (Rainier), crime, and the worst of all lots of Liberals. I’m not big on joining groups. I would just like to buy a place where my neighbors are of  like mind and help each other out. I am not flush with money but maybe I can work something out. If you are a scammer  forget it. I  will review everything with a lawyer and have title insurance. I’m not a bible thumper or a church goer but I do believe in the Book, although my understanding of it is not what you would call main stream. I would like to find a young lady to share the journey with. So ladies if you want to relocate, and want male companionship this may be your golden opportunity.

[Trogg, read the rules on posting here – http://www.preppergroups.com/about/]

There are no mosquitos capable of carrying zika in either Washington State or Idaho, just something to consider. I want to be as self-sufficient as possible without getting too carried away. I visited Priest River last fall and that is the area I think I would like to live.  In the past I lived in vans and I lived in my pickup truck camper for five years do to poverty. At one time I guess I  was kind of a hippie. With that kind of past, I would not freak out when the going gets tough. I am thinking of making a trip to Priest River soon or possibly Sand Point also. Maybe we could meet for coffee. If you just want to talk that is Ok too. I would like to make new friends in the area. [email protected]

I learned a great lesson in life about people. There’s people that do, people that talk about doing, and people that do nothing at all.

We’re looking for those that can Think and DO. People that feel, know and understand the signs of what’s been occurring, and has only escalated in the past twenty years. We’ve wasted too much time already, tying to appeal to others ideas about how to prepare. Face it, no matter how much we prepare, there’s always going to be a should have, would have and could have. There are no absolutes in this world. The only absolute there is, is it’s time to dump the log and get off the pot.

There is 2.65 acres up for sale right next to our location, with room on our land for more. We’re 80% prepared and ready to finish, as best anyone can. We have all the tools for building, mechanical, gardening, energy and security. All we need now, is people. People with the ambition, knowledge, ability(financial) and skills to join us. We’ve already spoken with our fair share of crazies, people that don’t have the common sense to take things seriously.

So, if you are serious and realize the urgency, we are willing to share our knowledge, experience, and sincerity in being prepared. We are trustworthy and loyal, with principles and values outlined within the Scriptures. Which means, we do not judge and treat people the way we want to be treated. Extensive research went into choosing this location.
If interested, private message, with email or number. Security protocols will have to be met, to weed out the speculators and spectators.

May our Creator have mercy on all our souls!

Hi, my group and I purchased a property in pikes national Forest in 2013. We spent the last three years gathering supplies setting up basic farming, livestock, fencing, water supplies, filtration, greenhouses, cabins, solar and much much more. We love it here.

However due to family illness we have to move. The vast majority of our group have become family and have decided to move with us.

I’m hoping to find someone here who is looking for a defensible and discreet bug out that already has a lot of work and supplies laid in. My other option is to try and sell things piecemeal and turn the property back into a publicly marketable mountain home. We’d much rather find folks looking for a prep/bug out.

If you have interest or questions please feel free to contact me at [email protected]
