I am a college male looking for a group of like minded individuals that are preparing for any type of turmoil that will take place in the world we live in. I am located in south central Alabama. I am new to prepping but would like to learn and will help my group however I can. Let me know if you are interested in letting me join your group or possibly starting one. Upon request I am ready to let you know more about my skills and abilities. Thank you
My name is Thomas and I have a unique prepper group in Houston, Texas.
A little info on our group, our area our members are in is about a 600sq mile area and we also offer search and rescue services to those members. We have recently opted to allow people to join that don’t live near Houston but wish to be part of our Emergency Deployment Team,”EDT” at the direction of the staff of Gulf Coast Preppers. We are also looking for “EDT” members that own water craft equipment boats jetski to conduct water rescues, or k9 units for missing person trapped in building debris. Each week on Thursday we have a meeting discussing all things emergency preparedness and I will host it if someone isn’t doing so themself. The meeting is held on a 2 way radio application, you must be part of our Facebook page to get access, but we welcome all to join.
Mom, Grandma, and Granddaughter are looking for a prepper group in or around Guthrie, OK. We are new to all of this, having decided that enough was enough and we should probably have some kind of action plan to go on should SHTF. Not quite sure where to start, but we have decided our first priorities are to find a group (as we can’t exactly “Red Dawn” it, as my mother put it), and we need to start stocking up on food and water for what may be the inevitable.
I’m not quite sure what I could advertise as a “skill set” for us. My mother has worked reconning cars for years and is quite handy with most common car issues? I’m a medical biller with minimal actual surgical experience. I guess my post-apocalyptic life skill would be crocheting. Gotta have them blankets, scarfs, hats, stuffed animals etc lol. Any and all help/tips/guidance would be much appreciated. I see the links on the left hand side of the site for guides and blogs, etc, and will be looking more into them very shortly. Must ask that any and all contact (for the time being) be solely online as privacy is precious these days, as is security and safety. Thank you so much to you who is reading this, drop a message if you can, and have a happy day.
Anyone near us in a prepper group? We have a lot of time on our hands (retired) and want to step up our preps again. We’re interested in having contacts we can trust during a SHTF scenario. We hope we never need it, but it would be great to feel we had help during such a time.
Thanks for reading this. Hope we can meet up.
I have been Prepping for over 20 years, and have heard many scenario’s about what people think will be a safe haven if SHTF. So let me start by telling you this, To survive SHTF your biggest concern should be your family, neighbors, transients, and passer byes. The location you choose should not be in the mountains or 20 miles from the nearest hospital of law enforcement agency.
Now let me explain! If your intent is to fight the government and you think you can fend off an attack from a 10 man assault team of trained and battle ready soldiers! Think again. If you have to face a 10 man assault team, its going to be a bad day for everyone. Your team should be ready to fight only when protecting your family, friends, and your property and food supply. Now saying this the City is no place to be either. If you are in a big city when SHTF, your chances are drastically reduced. What is more secure than a hardened structure built by the government to house and secure people? You got it, I local Jail or Prison that can keep everybody safe when SHTF. If the government is after you, you can’t hide long. So in my opinion a secure Facility in a rural town with low population is the best place to defend your group. and you remain close enough for help and to others to set up bartering for supplies needed.
We have the perfect place to take a last stand. We are looking for individuals that want to join a group that are thinking outside of the box. I get a kick out of people that think they will survive in the woods and hunt their own food. There is a reason the hunter gatherers didn’t survive in the past. Always keep in mind that you will not be the only person in the woods that think the same way you do! Knowing that the hunter became the hunted is not a good feeling when you are trying to get sleep. Feel free to respond and we can talk more about our facility, lets see if we make a good match in prepping for the future. Thanks Tom
We are blessed to live on our North East Texas 50+ acre homestead full-time, to spend every day molding and shaping it’s potential into reality. We are long time preppers, and as a family, we have decided that we would like to offer the opportunity for certain folks to become a part of our community.
We have discussed a few potential options for folks (BOL versus full-time community), and welcome discussion as everyone is at a different place in their life. In addition, we offer the opportunity to build camaraderie, to develop and enhance our sustainability skill-set…to become a community BEFORE an event. This won’t be for everyone – It will require background checks, initial public meetings, time and financial commitments, (not those 10k buy-in things, but if you want to put a building here, etc.)
Mister is a former Marine, law enforcement officer and firearms instructor with 25+yrs of experience. Missus is an IT Professional by day, and homestead supermom by night. College freshman and fifth grader are cheerful farm hands. Extended family includes Army Ranger and Trauma Nurse. Dogs, barn kitty, chickens, ducks…there are always animals! We are a typical Christian family (not a militia) that loves to laugh, hike, watch movies, etc. We work very hard, and we try to play just as hard! We also work to ensure our family and our farm are prepared for any eventuality. You can email us via info [at] txexitstrategy [dot] com or visit that site for more info.
There is a “Preppers Paradise” that is up for sale around the corner from me.
I’m not into this for a dime, and don’t know the seller. The only reason I put this out is that I’d rather some good Prepper Folks buy it, instead of some drunken idiot from Chicago.
I have been to this property – it is a great deal. Very, very secluded. This is not for “Prepper Wannabes”. The people who buy this would have to have their act together. Yes……we do actually have Winter up here. If you want warm weather year round, then head down South, and join the crowds (key word: crowds!). One thing I always tell folks – in tough times, you’re number one advantage up here is LOW POPULATION DENSITY. Sorry, but the overwhelming majority of humans are idiots, and nor prepared for their next bowel movement. If 9/10 people are clueless, doesn’t it make sense to be in an area where there are many fewer people? Check this place out: http://tinyurl.com/preppermichigan
We have a small farm nearby. Would love to have some of you fine folks as neighbors. God Bless!
With all the issues with North Korea lately and other issues such as tornadoes, floods etc. starting to take prepping more seriouslly and would like to connect with others.
Right now just looking to meet other like minded people and learn strategies etc. but maybe eventually join a group. 30 y.o. male with a family. Can offer skills in the architectural / construction field including help with building bunkers, security etc. No criminal background, college educated, but don’t hold it against anyone who is not. Not religious but not irresponsible either. Thanks.

While I don’t have the greatest knowledge of how to go about being self-sufficient and prepared, I do have a house on 24 beautiful acres, and I’m learning more all of the time. I moved here by myself with a desire to start a more self-sufficient, healthy, and generous lifestyle. I am a 37-year-old, Christian male with a full-time job. I work from home here, and my place is between Bolivar and Buffalo. If there are others who are looking to be more self-sufficient and who are interested in joining me in developing that type of lifestyle here, let me know!

I’m looking to find other preppers or suvivalists in Custer County area.
we are a small group looking for like minded people to start and for a strong group. We are located near Manistee grand traverse and cadillac
We are looking for all people to join with all skill levels

Our medic has to move out of state and we need to replace that critical position. We already have a medical team of doctors and nurses but they don’t go out on patrol with the tactical team and can’s always address the first critical 30 minutes. For that we need someone who can also fight to go out with us. A combat experienced medic would be perfect but a civilian paramedic would definitely be considered.
In return you and your family will be part of an established group with an excellent retreat site. You’ll have to meet our minimum requirements but you’re not likely to find a better group or retreat for yourself or your family. We’re located in the northern portion of the lower peninsula of Michigan in a very rural area not near any freeways or cities within a national forest.
Hi, I am in the North Bay area, just north of San Francisco, hoping to join a group soon for me and my dog. I’m a 30 year old female, have lots to offer, have been in survival situations in the snow, I am a car prepper, meaning I could survive out of my car for a long time if need be, but feel that it is beginning to be time to find a group and an actual location. Please let me know if anyone established or starting is looking for new members in California or I’m open to Nevada as well, because the masses will head to the desert lastly after slowly leaving cities and venturing outward in search of food and water.
We would like to meet other preppers in the NE MO area. The biggest nearby town is Hannibal MO. Quincy area folks are also very welcome.
Our goals are to share knowledge and get to know others for mutual assistance if the need should arise.
Our main skill sets are: We are good shots and practice fairly often, animal training, sewing, solar cooking, navigation, weather forecasting, some gardening, some medical, and various other things that we have dabbled in. Always adding to our skill sets.
Any takers? PM me!

We are a diverse, close knit mutual assistance group that is located 30 miles east of Indianapolis. We are looking to recruit a few quality persons. Medical, law enforcement, or prior military service is desirable but not necessary. We are active and train one weekend per month. We are non political and etremely loyal to each other and our family’s. Our next training exercise will be conducted in The Hoosier National Forest on September 16/17. If you are content to simply talk about training or want to be part of a chat group, we probably aren’t what you’re looking for. Experience is not required. You must be able to pass a backgound check.
