I am interested to know if anyone in Arizona is interested in having a conversation as a means of getting acquainted. Topics I would encourage are general disaster preparedness, bug-out bags, logistics, skill bartering and so on. Those who are situated in ‘outlying areas’, meaning the non-Phoenix metro vicinity are preferable, at least to me. Even if you do reside in the Phoenix area let’s talk/text/email

Good day all,

Ron’s the name, glad to meet you. I am a 49yo family man in the Lewisville/ flower mound tx are. Looking to join or even start a small group of like minded individuals. I have prepped for only a couple of years. Want to be able to take care of my family best I can should disaster strike.

A little about me, family man, do believe jesus is my lord and savior, retired US Army combat arms soldier so very skilled in warfare and tactics. Very honorable family and we expect the same.

I guess my dream scenario would be to have a small group of friends that I could depend on should something bad happen, to have multiple locations within the group we could go or link up. To provide the same for other “friends. If this sounds like you I would love to chat and see if things click. My email is below so please feel free to write. Take care, god bless and be safe.

Hi Everyone, If 2019 was not enough, election year 2020 portends to be quite another raucous year.  Are y’all prepared for whatever comes our way.  Sending out a general notice to see if there’s interest in meeting.  Determine what we all or don’t have in common.  Stuff, yes.  Skills, that too.  And, oh ya, survival (is that too touchy of a subject?).  If so, maybe this is not for you.

Let’s kick the New Year off running.

Sincerely, Spurtwo.

Are you looking for a safe place when times get tough?
Do you take prepping seriously and are you willing to go all the way, holding nothing back?

I have been on this journey of preparing for anything for over 2 decades, so I take this very seriously and I don’t have time to be wasting it on those who are not willing to work hard and give their all.

I had originally been looking for a small community to join, but I have recently inherited a small parcel of land in the county which is suitable for a maximum number of 6 people. This land has been in my family for 3 generations now and this is the land I grew up on so it is very important to me that only the right people come here.
I am currently seeking a few good people who have the right mindset, and are willing to work towards a common goal of self sufficiency and self reliance, instead of relying on the State for your sustenance, If this is you, then I would like to speak with you.

I have already begun the work to turn both the front and back yards into a small food forest with fruit trees and bushes as well as nut trees and of course a nice variety of vegetables combined with lots of nice wild edibles. I also have a small field which will be capable of producing enough protein rich meat and eggs for everyone, but will need to build the infrastructure for that before putting any animals in there. All of this is possible but since I am just one man I am only able to do so much so fast. There are already 2 wells on the property and some basic fencing. There is electricity here but at some point I want to go completely solar.

While this small group of people will not be a religious based community so as not to alienate anyone, I will insist that those who come here will be of the right quality and character.
I will not insist that those who get involved live here on the land as long as they are willing to invest both time and resources to making this happen. If you plan to live on the land you will need to have enough of an income to be able to help pay the bills and feed yourself (unless you wish to eat as a group) as well as investing in resources to develop the land. If you don’t really have the time to come regularly and help make things happen but are willing to invest resources, that will still secure you a place here.

I do not have time for anyone who carries a lot of baggage or suffers from psychological disorders. I am in no way interested in dealing with anyone else’s drama. I have worked very hard to get rid of as much of the drama in my life as is possible, and now I insist that this remains a “Drama Free Zone”.

Initial interviews will be done over the phone, and you will be asked about everything from your political ideologies to “what if”. Anyone seriously considered will be required to come visit and spend a few days to a couple weeks if possible to see if this is really where you want to be. After that, if we decide that you will come here, there will be a probationary period where you will live here and participate in everything being done, before a final decision is made. I have been involved in helping to set up a few communities so I know what works and what doesn’t. As I said earlier I have been on this journey of preparing for anything for over 2 decades, so I take this very seriously.
If you’re interested, drop me a PM and leave your email address.

Let’s talk.

Southwestern Oregon Preppers (SWOP) will be holding a meeting at Noon on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the Bandon Library, Sprague Room, 1204 11th St SW, Bandon, OR 97411.

The main topic is “SHAKE UP CALL”. There were 4 earthquakes that occurred recently in Port Orford. There is also an underwater volcano that is “waking up”. This isn’t about scaring you, it is about making you aware so you can prepare.

SWOP meetings always start with a question and answer period before the main topic so all in attendance get a chance to participate.

This is a free public meeting to get to know fellow local preppers in southwestern Oregon counties and to exchange information and ideas. It is important for individuals to understand that they will be “on their own” in the event of a disaster and not to depend on receiving outside help. Join Southwestern Oregon Preppers on Facebook and/or meetup.com.

Hi, we’re look for a few new people to grow our group. I live on 120 acres west of tulsa Oklahoma by about 30-45. It has two ponds two wells and a couple of creeks on it. I’m looking for some like minded people to set up a shtf camp.  You must be willing to work prep and grow your own food. This isn’t a place to but a place to bug out. Our group is made up of three families with kids. So with that said we’re very picky about who we let in. If your interested please email at [email protected] with you basic info and we’ll go from there. Any medical training is a plus

Hi prepper’s Ive been a member here for about 10 years Ive tried looking to join a established group and previously tried to start a group with mixed success.Ive got my own place now and it is a good one IMO my nearest neighbors are good ones but are 3 miles away. A recent ladder slip that nearly broke my leg and just getting a little older in general have got me thinking again that I need a group closer or at the least a good neighbor.

What I am looking for is a small group that want to ready a BOL location in the high desert of NE Nevada near to where my location is I even have a couple 10 acres blocks I could sell for this if wanted. This group would use this location as a weekend getaway, hunting camp, training camp or just somewhere to get away and relax etc until such time as its needed for a BOL.

This area is good for many reasons and its not as dry and forbiding as most of the state Im pretty much at treeline so there is firewood available water table is relatively shallow 50-200 feet. several natural springs within a couple miles.

It Is very Isolated 45 minutes drive to nearest very small town about 2.5 hours to Elko and while at the moment this can be difficult when the place is needed for a BOL it could be perfect providing natural isolation that “tourists” are unlikely to stumble across.

Also job climate in Elko county is great if someone might be looking to move to the area.I could provide some suggestions if anyone is interested.

Apart from being a good neighbor who will look out for neighbors and friends I have many other skills that I could bring to the group blacksmithing, off grid power, small animal hunbandry, mechanical, reloading, ham and much more.

If anyone here is interested please reply here but here also

Hi, I am looking for a group to join or even just some friends like minded. I would consider myself a newbie to it all. I’ve been into it but just started about a year ago. I am moving back home to South Georgia, so anything in the state or close to my area would be great.

For those who want to know a little about me. I am trained Security Consultant/Officer I have been working in this field for 4 years. I am enrolling into EMT school this upcoming year. I am willing to teach what I know and learn in the fields I lack. For more information PM me.

Hello friends! I am somewhat new to the “prepper lifestyle” having only been really into it for a few years now. I still consider myself a newbie. My wife and I will probably be moving to rural eastern Kentucky next year and I’m looking for like-minded folks in or near Elliott County – either alone or part of an existing group – with whom to form a Mutual Assistance Group (MAG) or something similar. When the “S” hits the fan – however that might happen – those who are part of a group will fare better than the “lone wolves.” If you are in that area and want to chat, please post here.

I’m not much for social media and that sort of thing, but I thought I’d give this a try. I will try to check back often. Hopefully we can get a conversation started.

Still Christian, but lost long ago. Conservative. Sound like a fit?

Existing Site in SouthEastern Oklahoma seeking individual, couple or very small group

What I’m all about:

I’m a male in my mid-40’s living off-grid in much the same fashion I would if TSHTF. If the end of the world occurred tomorrow, I wouldn’t know about it until I realized planes weren’t flying overhead anymore. I’ve been doing this in earnest now for about a decade, though my scheming and plotting started in the late 90’s.

I don’t really anticipate a calamity that can be marked and commemorated on some future calendar, instead I feel the continued decay of ethics, morality and dependencies/ entitlements have already put us square in the definition of living post-apocalypse. And all it seems likely to do from here is continue to degrade. I am not a ‘gun nut’ praying for something terrible to happen so I can live out my fantasies based on being ‘done wrong’ by the world. Unfortunately, too many of our ranks seem to lean that direction.

My life is without dependency on the outside world, economy, medical care, etc… I train pack/ draft animals, raise food(though not as much or as well as I could), devise methods to contend with my needs based on what’s onhand, etc…

I’m on a rather small piece of property(6 acres) adjacent to a river, lots of ‘feral’ land and few neighbors. It’s very rural, off the beaten track, but not so far from ‘town’ or resources to have to worry about having enough gas to go get gas. That said… I might make a trip to town 6 times a year.

It’s the frontier out here… riff-raff, cowboys and indians, other assorted ‘wild’ inhabitants… the weather is equally wild and so are the innumerable quantities of wildlife that we share the region with. I wouldn’t trade this spot for the world… I was very lucky to have found it and appreciated it’s potential so many years ago.

What I’m looking for:

I took all this on by myself and understand how difficult it is to even conceive of it as an individual. Ideally, I’d like to find a person or couple or even a very small group that was looking for an optimal location as I was when I located this one(I am not from here, I sought it out based on a long list of criteria). Learn what it’s all about and what you’re made of, and put yourself or yourselves in a secure position come what may. Making space for a camper, yurt or other temporary accommodations, if needed, would not be a huge ordeal.

My personal experience has lent me the opinion that large groups are too inherently flawed… and too prone to failure- Too many heads to bang together and it always seems money is the root of the greatest number of issues.

I’m not concerned about ‘your skill set’ or what you might bring to the table. In my opinion, most of us under-estimate some and over-estimate even more of our own abilities, needs, etc… without having them put to the test. Having ‘mad canning skillz’ while Walmart’s still open is one thing. Figuring out how to preserve food without an infinite supply of lids and rings is entirely another.

It doesn’t matter how much money you have or how much ‘stuff’ you’ve acquired. Everything you ‘need’ is in your head and heart. That said- you would need to be able to provide for yourself or do what’s necessary(like working, hah) at least long enough to get your head around things.

I’m not interested in ‘making money’ off anyone. It would be essential that you help around here, and of course you would be helped as well. But I can’t ‘take care’ of anyone. You’ll have to be resolved to take care of yourself or yourselves.

Criminal records, drug use(including pot) and alcoholism cannot be tolerated- occasional drinking doesn’t bother me, neither does smoking as long as you can provide your own tobacco or learn to grow it.

If you’re interested(and still reading)… feel free to contact me at:

sustainabill at gee male dart calm

or contact me here.

Let’s set up some dialogue and see if we can find a mutually beneficial situation.

Good luck out there.

I have a small parcel of land here in Wilkes County which is located midway between Augusta and Athens.
This is a small rural area which is ideal for this sort of thing.
I am located out in the county which is where you want to be, far enough from town and isolated enough to provide the preferred security yet close enough to town that it is no problem making supply runs when necessary.
I am not looking to create a large group as the larger the group the greater the risk of being noticed.
I am only looking for maybe a maximum of 6 people (5 + myself).
Because this will be a very close nit group I will be very picky about who I allow to come here.
The more skills and knowledge you have, and the more you bring to the table, the greater your chances.
Slackers and lazy people need not bother contacting me. If you want all the benefits of a group without putting in the effort then you are definitely not what I’m looking for.
Interested parties PM me and let’s talk.

For my family and me, election night will be a decision point to accelerate our bug out plans. We live in the mid-Atlantic, too close to Mordor. We don’t want to wait around for things to devolve. So, we are looking for real estate in very remote areas, and would prefer to be in a group of Christians/Western values with as sustainable a mix of skills and resources as practical. 6 of us: 50’s and kids centered about 10yo. We’d like to start planning and organizing now with a go/no go decision Nov 2020. Please consider getting a Librem 5 phone and a protonmail email address for now.

Looking to connect in Mass/RI/NH/Maine. Would love to start a network of like minded and hard working folks so that we might work together. Safety in numbers as it is said.

A Christian new to prepping, but hard working, medical background with good gardening skills and great organizational skills. My husband is great at carpentry/woodworking, auto repair, plumbing, welding, and ridiculously handy. Our 18yr daughter is pre-med and will be our group physician if society can last that long… I am also looking to complete some surg tech and para training to be of more value to my family and hopefully a group. I also have great connections for these supplies.

We have begun our stockpile of food, resource manuals, ammo, med supplies, etc and I would love to connect with other like minded folks. We are in southcoast of Mass, but we are thinking NH/Maine would be a it great place for a retreat. Looks like there are more of us around that I thought. feel free to email me rmpratt76[at]gmail[dot]com

We are a little Sanctuary in the foothills of Mt. St. Helens east of Kelso, WA. House at 300′ elevation, 5 forested acres (alder, maple, cedar, fir, blackberries), directly adjacent to millions of acres of uninhabited forest land where we can freely roam (deer, elk, wild turkeys, coyotes, cougar?) We are wilderness-based, not city, town, or farm-based.

We plan to keep the Team small for many reasons, including that our fallout shelter only holds 6. We are prepared for nuclear war, disease plague (by self-isolation), climate disruption (although our weakness is forest fire), and general financial/commercial/political collapse (by self-sufficiency). We are also in fairly good shape for most Black Swans (earthquake, etc.) The Sanctuary is prepared to make the transition to complete and permanent self-sufficiency if necessary (gardening, hunting, fishing, herbal medicine).

Current members include a mental-health therapist, a mechanical engineer, a medical pathology assistant, and a plant nursery worker. We have many other skills among us.

In new people, we are more interested in maturity and good values than any certain skills, but you must be fairly well educated, open to learning, and willing to teach what you know. Emotional stability, intelligence, patience, respect, cooperation, and intuition are highly valued. We are NOT interested in control freaks, politicians, chatter boxes, or the judgmental, impulsive, lazy, or defensive.

Excellent health and mobility, and strong immune systems, are necessary. No drug dependencies (including recreational), significant food allergies, or claustrophobia. Politics and religion must be kept strictly personal. No costs (other than your own gear), but you must have reliable transportation.

The Sanctuary may or may not be a residential situation for the new members during normal times. For some members, it is a retreat location where we gather about monthly to explore, work, learn, and play. All members stay ready to dash to the Sanctuary if/when “something” happens. We have 2 openings, suitable for individuals, a couple, or parent and youth. We only consider youth who are capable of completely grown-up behavior whenever it is needed (minimum age of about 8), and we would look at the youth’s qualities and motivations, just as we would with an adult.

The Sanctuary is strictly private, not associated with any government, business, or religion, and we will keep all communications confidential: zimindrixli [at] yahoo [dot] com.
