We have 100 acres in Cocke County TN. We are creating a small self sufficient community. We are looking for 6 more families to join us and build permanent homes, each on their own 5 to 15 acre parcel within this 100 acre community. We will also host limited numbers of shelters for part-time and emergency only members. To put it bluntly, we need money and labor to build infrastructure. We do not have a set price or single plan. If we feel you will be a good fit in our community, we will work out a plan that all can agree on.

We already have occupied homes and outbuildings. We have construction equipment. We have workshop space and tools. We have power and water.

We do not have empty homes ready for move-in. We do not have the money to finance home building. We can provide site preparation including excavation and septic installs. We can help with designing and building, just not financing.

We are working on establishing income producing businesses to provide jobs for community members.

We are not particularly religious, and we have no bias against anyone.

We are not militaristic, but we will defend our community. We consider concealment to be the first line of defense, deterrence the second, and overwhelming force the last. We won’t demand anything, but we can help with training and equipment if you want or need it.

We believe in the fundamental principles of the U.S. Constitution. We aren’t interested in dictatorships, theocracies, socialism, communism, etc.

We believe we can produce everything needed in a permanently sustainable way by carefully balanced group members and activities.

We don’t want to do anything illegal.

One Response to “East Tenn Prepper Community looking for new members”

  1. I would be interested in understanding more about this. I actually grew up in a community and had no desire to go back to one. However with the recent decline in our country I feel the need to start proactively looking for a plan B in case something bad happens. As long as the environment is good and safe for me, my wife and kids I would absolutely be interested.

    Thanks,
    Casey
