Looking for off grid property to buy in Arizona

I am truly worried that I won’t be able to find an off grid property in Northern Arizona in time as it seems properties have been bought up over night I started out going to care for my Mother 83 in Prescott Valley since she broke her leg a couple years back and felt she really needed my help I put my things in storage and have been with her over 10 months everything was great I started growing a garden and continuing to research living off grid but we started noticing the peacefull nieghborhood was changing in a major way everyone was moving and young people from NY  & California bought up 90 percent of this neighborhood so we decided to sell this home & build an Earth Bermed Home on a 3 acre property in Kirkland that my mother owns with two parcels my brother lives in a home on one parcel. anyway we are good friends with the Builder we have but it was looking as if the soil testing & Septic could drag on for several months my Mother being 83 we just don’t have time to wait with everything going on in the world I think we are just to late…. if anyone knows where we could find at least 1 acre 900-2,000 sf off the grid home in Northern AZ. $90,000 to $250,000 even if its not completed I do Custom Stone Work and able to finish a place if the main structure is complete besides having a Builder for any additial task that involve solar hook ups or plumbing for a complete self sustainable off grid home we have 80,000 thousand available now great credit and $400,00 I will be recieving shortly with the sale of my Prescott Valley Home…….Please help us if you know of any place that might work for us I will pay $1,000 finders fee
