I am 61 with a wife and a living at home adult son.. I have organic and gardening/farming knowledge, sustainable intentional community skills.. Several ways of food processing and storage.. A landscaper & maintenance through eighties and nineties which I owned my own company.. I also have an understanding, experience and knowledge of many other skill sets.. To name a few carpentry, some historical architecture, mechanics, basic engineering, design, organizational, small farm management, off the grid sustainability's, holistic health care, finances, farmers marketplace, R. rules of order and art/crafts.. Owned several rentals that I'd also managed.. Ran security for a few other complexes where I had turned around troubled high crime areas.. Involved, started and head successful local community groups for the betterment of the local communities.. My parents and family were heavily involved in their own large scale survivalism and prepping of their own for a long time but no longer around to do it.. They would cut their own lumber for building.. I would like to encounter other like-minded people.. Open to forming a prepared off-the-grid "intentional community"... A sustainable farm communal style living.. I am open to all ages, singles or families.. Looking to put a core group together no matter of experience, then move on to build a community.. As the core group find and secure land, finances and layout.. I'm thinking anywhere from the lower thirty mile band across the bottom of Washington state along the Oregon border, from Walla Walla to Tri Cities to Vancouver or so..
