My husband and I have been preppers for a few years now. He is a builder, hunter, military trained, but not a militant-type. I am a gardener and have spent several years learning how to grow and preserve food, herbs and the like. I am interested in forming a survival core group. We need about 9 couples who would be interested in buying some property in NE Georgia and starting to set it up. This would provide a BOL for those involved where water, a garden, and other things could be ready and waiting for us. Nothing saying some folks couldn't go ahead and move up there if jobs, etc. allowed. At a minimum, it would be a good place to spend the weekends getting things in order. I am thinking of a place where campers could be used, perhaps in conjunction with a mobile home or some type of structure that would be used as a community building and bath house. So anyone interested please pass along your thoughts. I thing the investment would be around $10,000. per couple for the property. There would be expenses after that depending on what assets were in place at the time of purchase. (I would think each owner would need to be on the title) This in a stage of infancy, so no, I do not have all minor details in place. Would appreciate your thoughts and input. Thanks!
