Thinking of forming a group for single, unattached preppers co-op for those that need to lean on another in these hard and soon-to-be, all the more challenging times to come. I’m in northern New England. I will be creating a small grass-roots community that’s self sustainable, not a utopia (that’s what the real Heaven is for) but, this community makes it easier to live and thrive, stand a chance to better survive the approaching hard times.
We will barter, teach each other, learn skills such as foraging, food storage, ice house creation, etc… there can be Bible fellowship, herbal medicine classes, recycling and up cycling opportunities… these are a few suggested ideas.
As a member with us, and willing participants must be skilled, and have something to offer and bring to the table that can and will benefit the co-op.
There could also be a natural opportunity to grow friendship, chances of courtship to form couples and traditional marriage partnership.

I grew up living self sustainably and off grid long before the terms were cloned as used today. Life was literally like living in the 1800’s.
My entire life has been devoted to learning and utilizing the knowledge/skills to make life easier.
Tired of the daily grid and pulling the yoke society has grown accustomed to.
At 44, I’m getting back to my roots. Recently bought property in Alaska on a private lake. The area is vast wilderness, no roads, no cell service, or impact from the outside world. After an extensive search in 49 states, I picked this area for the abundant wildlife, fishing, foraging, freshwater opportunities, and the property is tax-free. I’ll never owe a property tax or be subject to any fees. No where else in the world can I live free till I die. That’s why I bought the property, it’s truly a paradise. 4 large rivers close by, two hot springs, and many other lakes, this area has amazing opportunities that are unlike anywhere I’ve been.
It would be greatly appreciated to find a lady to enjoy a life of simplicity and true happiness. I would also entertain a small group, but you’ll have to be approved by my vetting process.
Multiple degree holder, I am extremely proficient in medical related trauma, agronomy, biodynamic and true organic gardening on a sustainable level, food preservation in every form, carpentry, ecology, hide tanning, sinew and cording, making clothing/shoes, liquor, and any primitive skill imaginable.
I’ll be leaving for Alaska May, 2022.
Currently in central Washington.
I would enjoy sharing what I have with others, and pass it on to the next generation, because I’m not going to live forever.

Hello

I have 80 acres in Scurry Co Tx, near Snyder. I need someone (couples welcome) to come in with a travel trailer and help me to get it homesteaded/prepped.  The organized handy engineering-type (him) and homesteading ultra-conservative hippy type (her) would thrive out here! I would provide a place, water, sewage, electricity for 7-8 days of work a month.  Although some light daily chores will be needed as homesteading gets going.
Some items would be just being there when contractors work on things (oversight). Or get started with; greenhouse, gardens, chickens, goats, bees, compost, solar irrigation projects, HAM radio, defenses, some handyman items, etc.  Help to think out the next steps for preparations, store and organize current inventories.  Experiment with food crops/trees and write growing procedures for the SHTF.  A more significant project I want to tackle is an off-grid geothermal greenhouse with a hydroponics or aquaponics system.

The place is very scenic for West Texas and has a small recreational pond w/ covered dock, bbq pit, large shop 60×100 with restroom/shower. We have a forklift, loader/backhoe, tractor, small mini excavator, dump trailer, welders, metal lathe, and mill.  Additionally, I own a small manufacturing company nearby which could help fabricate preparations (think 2000 gal black solder fly container).

We can cover all out of pocket expenses, and if excess work is needed, we can supplement with pay.  I have a 1-ton welding truck if transportation needs to be negotiated (for personal use).

Additional benefits & lagniappe:

  • Having some of your own animals, garden space, canning/prep storage, etc.
  • Have another part-time job to supplement
  • Use the shop for personal use (just one project at a time, though)
  • Help me keep an eye out for auctions to add to the shop’s utility for SHTF scenarios.  I love auctions!
  • We have used the pond area/dock/bridge as a wedding venue and would be partial to allowing our prepping partner(s) to help manage it (currently not in use) and share in revenue $$$
  • Good bird hunting
  • Dear hunting lease in a neighboring county
  • Firearms are welcome
  • Horses welcome max 2
  • Friendly dogs welcome
  • USDA Zone 7b can grow nearly anything with water
  • If the SHTF, just stay on and ride it out with us!

We live in another town 45 min away, and our family is Messianic/Hebrew Roots.

Hello, I am active duty military and have noticed there are a number of careers that do not support the “group” standard. Military, truckers, excess traveling careers, or people that generally can not constantly dedicate to a specific group for whatever reason. It is not fair to a well established group to accept people that may in a few years leave. With all that being said my goal is to reach out to people in these situations and see where we can go from there, honestly there is not an over arching mission other than just to communicate and possibly network with people or to have “a buddy” wherever our travels may take us. Please reach out to me with opnions, concerns, or just to chat. [email protected]

Seeking to form—Small Christ centered conservative preparedness group of like minded individuals / families.

We are seeking only 3-5 couples or families to join together ahead of time to prepare a small group and land before a collapse.

The type of people / families that we would like to find can be from anywhere in the USA and be willing to move in the next year to begin to build the retreat.  All must be firm Christians with a solid scriptural foundation and like minded to some degree. As families begin to join one another then bylaws will be created with all adults working together to form a Christ centered and constitutional view.  In other words we are all equals in this. Very specific requirements for supplies of food, gear, seeds, and essentials will be made. A higher goal than most of 3-5 years of the above would be on my list for all to obtain. 1 year as an initial in order to be considered.  Must be living a life free of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and {sin to the best of your ability}. My goal here is not to be a lord / ruler, but to be a band of brothers helping each other and being more of a small tight knit family. All must be able to work together and not be the types that try to control and make everyone do what they see best.  That may even be of utmost importance for success in this.

Currently we are shopping for 100+ acres of land in some strategic locations with the following characteristics- Mountainous or hill country area that is defensive.  Region with mild winters. Land that is good for farming with surrounding population of people that farm.  As low as possible of a population with no large cities anywhere nearby and away from smaller cities. Must have good quality year round water source on site. Away from major roads. Ect. With that said we do have some areas in mind but are also willing to work with others if they want to help with choosing the area with all that goes into such a strategy.  When it comes to buying the land this could be done in different ways and it is something that we can work out. We are buying land anyways regardless if we find someone here unlike some who are looking for others to fund their mission of buying land or building a bunker ect.  Most important skills for a collapse would be farming, defense / real military operator skills that only 10% of those in the military have, and emergency medical care (not your typical family doc stuff).  Other important skills but lesser on the list would be JOAT’s, carpentry, electrical, communications, mechanical, and macgyver types who can rig anything from a pile of junk.
If what I have said here fits who you are and makes you want to know more please PM me.

I am forming a brand new community in Southern Missouri in the beautiful Ozarks. There is plenty of timber, water, and shelter that can be made.

This is an ideal location for a pole shift, the big bad earthquake, etc. This is because its west of West Plains but far enough away from the big city of Springfield, MO. Plenty of security and privacy.

I am looking for partners to join with me in this adventure. These partners will be the founders and decision makers for this community. I am looking between five to ten people only including myself. There will be a buy in with a trial period.

If you already have the equipment and the transportation you can already bring to the table, then you can immediately be a partner after you are vetted. Everything you have would become community property. That would be a huge jump start getting the community another step off the ground.

That is a personal decision. But, to me if you have invested hard work and paid your dues for it, then you should not have to pay for the land or buy in. Become an instant owner and a decision maker for this amazing opportunity. If not, of course keep what is yours!

Others that join the community after five years in the community, can have a buy in. Those new members can explore the community and contribute to get a feel it is for them. They will just pay a monthly or a yearly fee.
I already have permission from the owner to build this community with no issues.

It will be limited resource for electric, water, cell phone, & internet for now. I want to be off grid. If you cannot do without & need all the modern conveniences this opportunity is not for you currently..

We will have military experience, experienced preppers, teachers how to cook, garden, construction, basic survival skills, basic medical care. I want people to have a skill set. You need to be able to protect the community. Not be passive if help is needed! This is a very important rule!

Once our community is established with basics, we will working on a goal to have underground survival. We will be working on it in steps or phases.

We all will be a new family of survivalists /preppers. We have to rely and trust each other. There will very strict rules in place and bylaws.  There will be extensive backgrounds checks that will be done. There will be random drug tests. No tobacco or or drugs will be allowed!!

We will be able to work, contribute, & create products that we can sell to keep the community going.
It is not for families for now.

I have a lot of amazing ideas & designs that I need help with from paper to the finished product!
