Hello all, I’ve lived in Arizona about 5 years now from northern Michigan. 36 years old, single, never married, no kids. Even though I have no kids or partner, I’m very family orientated. I’ve always been an avid outdoorsman including much hunting and off grid camping. I’ve always been the type to be prepared for anything in all situations and have been trying to build up my supplies over the years. With cash and space being a little tight I haven’t built up a whole lot but I still believe I have a lot to offer a group. I work as a handyman here and built houses back in Michigan so I can fix or build just about anything and have been known to make things work with what is on hand. I feel these skills would come in very helpful to a group. If anyone is interested in know more about me and what I’ve currently gather, please let me know! It would be great to hear from like minded people.

Hi to all you preppers out there; my name is Ollie I have been getting ready for anything to happen in this world for 6 yrs now and it’s been quite the task, I have a lot of stuff but just missing a bug out place, all my stuff is in storage.

I had to retire way to early in my life do to a bad back I am only 58yrs young I can still do a lot of things I just have to be careful. I was a certified welder but have done a lot of other crafts I also have a green thumb.

Year’s ago I use to mountain man rendezvous all over Utah with my wife and children we had a lot of fun doing that and I learned lots of stuff. I won a lot of shoots in the black powder rifle also did knife and hawk competition. I have have my own tepee or what we would call them Lodges, I made my own buckskin s and have done trapping too.

I have 8 guns not black powder and a lot ammo, food, tools, my own welding equipment, Jeep,4 wheeler with trailer. I guess what I am trying to say is again is I’ve got a lot stuff but need to find a goup of people that I could blend in with to survive when shtf.

So if you have a good group of people not extremest semi ok I believe in God and Jesus Christ I am not a Christian addict but will protect myself and others if need be. I live on the outskirts of Salina UT 17 miles south of Richfield.

So if you think I might fit in with your group drop me a line at [email protected]

Skill Sets include the following: I currently work as RN in field of “infectious disease” during the week and as a “psychiatric” nurse on the weekends.  As such, I have intimate knowledge of infectious diseases that includes most of the pathogens ((viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungal, etc)) that plague the human species along with an intimate knowledge of psychiatric illness.  I am VERY familiar with antibiotics/antivirals/antifungals and their correct use.  I even have a store of antibiotics (for my fish and birds) and I am familiar with their correct administration.  I am an avid outdoorsman (although I don’t have the time to enjoy the out-of-doors as much as I would like too) and I am familiar with camping in various extreme settings and environments.  I am familiar (NOT AN EXPERT) in the the various things (camping gear) that is required to survive in the wilderness for a limited time frame.  I am still a “novice” at the concept of security…although I have received some training with Long-gun & pistol at FrontSight (in NV) suffice it to say that I know enough to know that I have a very long ways to go before I would call myself proficient in the use of firearms.  Although I have done some hunting in my time I am definitely NOT an expert at that either.  My fishing skills are better then average.  My knowledge of herbs and wild edibles is sorely lacking but I’m conducting some self-education in that field right now (my current focus).  We raise chickens, rabbits, and grow a garden…I have been involved in commercial gardening for much of my life…squash of various types and I know how to grow a garden, prepare soil, keep the bugs at bay, etc.  I am relatively physically fit (I work-out 5 out of 7 days on average) and (perhaps most important of all) mentally fit.  I have never been diagnosed with any mental condition or have had to resort to taking any type of psychiatric medication.  I am LDS…I follow the tenets of the gospel as taught by Jesus Christ…please be aware that I am ONLY interested in joining a group of similar people (you don’t have to be LDS…but yes, you have to have integrity, be honest, hard working, etc).  Please consider me for membership in your group…I am willing to entertain any invitation that is extended.  Please correspond with me via email: [email protected]  Thank you

PS: I am currently is possession of the required gear to actively pursue my various hobbies, and professional pursuits.

Hey everyone,

Really new to this. I’ve always been all about making sure to save things and not be wasteful, and have emergency supplies “just in case.” With the way the world is going, though, I want to do something more palpable, focused, and purposeful. I know there’s plenty of preppers in Idaho in Boise and northward. I live in Southeastern Idaho, though, so I wouldn’t be opposed to getting input, help, advice, etc. from experienced people in Utah, Montana, or Wyoming, too.

Thank you for adding me, I look forward to networking with you all.

Christopher

New member of the prepping community looking to join with other survival-oriented people in the southwest area. Currently in NM, able to travel. Own my own weapons and a small gear stockpile. Unable to stockpile any great quantity of food and water due to living space restrictions and lack of funding. Humans are social animals who, despite being *able* to survive alone, function best in groups. I’m just looking for somewhere I can help out.

Skills: decent marksman, moderate first aid experience, several years’ backpacking experience. Former boy scout and ROTC cadet. Employed as a chemistry assistant in an electroplating shop for 4 years. Some minor communications and electrical experience. Helped build 2 houses in the Las Cruces area, know my way around manual labor construction a fair bit.

If anyone in the southwest area has an existing group that could use an extra set of working hands, with a halfway decent brain attached, please let me know.
