Hi, it’s Scott K. from Gibson County, TN.  I have a group here in west TN, a mutual assistance group that met for the first time in June of ’21. We are now around 21-22 people and we meet every month on a Saturday, for about 3-4 hours. We learn, teach, practice, brainstorm, eat, laugh, share our time, our experiences and comraderie.

We are holding a meet and greet on April 22, 2023, from 1000-1200 at the pavilion in Bradford City Park, Bradford, TN. Please join us, see what we are about, tell us a little about you, and let’s see if we have enough in common to proceed. We both need to feel if it’s a fit. Are our goals in line? do we have the same moral code? or the same desire to survive? You know something terribly wrong is going on or you wouldn’t be prepping. I know that we each have value, and something to teach, but I also know we have much to learn. Let’s share our knowledge and learn together.

Our first meeting was a great success with 47 people in attendance. We passed around a sheet to find out what everyone was interested in learning. Canning was at the top of the list so we found an experienced instructor for our July event. I hope to keep these going monthly.

Please check out the website: PrepperNetwork.org for detail on monthly training classes.

If you’d like to be added to the email list to be notified of upcoming training feel free to contact me at [email protected]

Hi to all,

Bob here, nearly 63 years old, hi to all, I own a couple of properties in WV but looking for a couple of remote acres with a good situation and lots of trees, Im sure to get something by mid Spring. Im particularly looking in Western and Southern West Virginia at the moment.  Id term myself mostly an organic gardener and into self sufficiency, I’m no hermit really, I love (select) people, but am not up for anybody’s politics or religion, just not into it. I AM looking for allies, friendlies, people who like to barter and trade. I currently have about 40 muscadine grape vines, 80 mulberries, 50 apricots and assorted other fruit trees ready to go onto my next property and I plan to make it home—add some rabbits, ducks and chickens, it portends to be a great little mini farm.  Wanna be my neighbor neighbor?  You might like knowing somebody with a couple acres of orchard for a buddy.  Not really a militarist but I am familiar with things like C E T M E S and old school 1911s, I like steel not plastic.  Im Peace loving and a real sweetheart but no pushover.  Former DOD. Would love to know individuals of good character, couples or even a young family with growing kids who might like to come out to “the farm” and get their eggs and vegies. I need too. I have advancing arthritis, still can do a good days work, but its not fun going it alone and I could use a little help here and there, particularly automotive advice and occasionally somebody to babysit my homestead so I can go on vacation once in awhile. Hit me up. Thanks for reading. Best of luck with your project and be safe. Bob

Marylanders! Anyone here? Are there any groups? We are in Baltimore county, but anywhere in MD/DC is ok.

I’ve been trying to find either I individuals or groups of like-minded people to meet, share expeirence, learn from each other, and discuss our options in this craziness.

I’m not sure if we can write each other here, but I’m willing to put time into organizing a meeting – real or virtual to start a group.

If there IS a group and you see my post – please, do contact me. I have good skills and am sooo willing to come to know like-minded people.

Hi all – I’ve been prepping in earnest since the Y2K scare.  I’m an IT Consultant by day (that’s why Y2K freaked me out!) and am an advanced martial arts and self-defense instructor (20+ years).  From storing food, investing in water filtration, and building Faraday cages to store my electronics after an EMP to stockpiling guns & ammo, making my own medical-grade colloidal silver (anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal) and much more, I bring a lot to the table and have invested heavily over the past 20 years.  I have advanced survival skills, first aid skills (plus many first aid supplies), and firearms skills plus other skills – carpentry, electrical, farming, etc.  I have a huge survival library that I have built over the years including information on natural medicinal cures from plants, booby traps, fortification, etc.  I’ve also written several books on survival and self-defense myself.  I can teach others and I am capable of handling much that would be asked of me.

I’m looking for others who are serious about preparing, like-minded and willing to work and invest time and resources in our future together.

I’m looking for like-minded people to join me and my tight-knit group to weather this storm no matter how bad it gets and how long it takes.  We prepare JUST IN CASE.  Not preparing is not an option; that’s why we are in this group.

My biggest gap in my preps is a separate bugout location that can be made ready for long-term survival.  I have alternates, but would love to find someone with decent acreage / land that has one or more water sources on it (stream, lake, pond, well) than can be farmed and fortified.  I have the ability to filter many millions of gallons of water.

Reach out to me at mr.pjcpete @ g m a i l . c o m with the Subject “Prepper Groups Inquiry” if you want to touch base and see if we are a fit to move forward.

I am in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. (NEPA)

Good luck prepping!

-Pete

Christian Group looking for a few qualified individuals to add to a 2A group.  Over 100 mountainous acres, on a dead-end one-lane road natural springs that originate on the land some pasture, and areas for fruit trees.  Good for chickens, goats, and cattle.

My wife and I are Christians retired with moderate monthly income (long as the economy lasts).  We are learning to live a self-sustaining lifestyle full time.  We decided to make a permanent change in our lifestyle to start getting off the grid as we can and then staying off the grid in a secure, secluded area.

I don’t want to work hard and dumb but simple and basic.  We have a lot of tools and equipment to work with.  We are hoping to also get (or build) a sawmill.

We have the basic supplies for over one year.  We started with a camper to live in so we could build a more permanent living structure. We now have a used trailer house on the land some of the others have campers and a house.  I will soon start to build with some type of an earthen structure from one of the following: COB, Hemp, Wood- Chip Lime mix, CEB, (compressed earth block) Rammed Earth, Rammed Earth Bags and/or Adobe utilizing the reactive home concept for a living structure (no mechanical heating or cooling) as taught by Bill Mollison long before Mike Reynolds’ Earth Ship concept ever came along.  We are thinking about building our own CEB press.  We also have the material and are looking to build a metal roof for a building about 40’x40″² using earth walls from local soil.

I believe biofuel is one answer for renewable fuel and garbage scrap disposal.

Walapiniea is the only real answer to a year-round renewable food source of vegetables that I am aware of.  Built as a reactive greenhouse.

Walipini, also known as a sunken greenhouse, underground greenhouse, pit greenhouse, or earth-sheltered greenhouse, is a structure with the growing area dug into the ground.

We are utilizing compost toilets and have built two of them so far with good results.

We have a well and a spring box water system in place.  We have designs for a renewable purification system without going to the store for filters.  We built a furnace to make activated charcoal to use with sand.  We have most of the purification system ready to assemble into food-grade 55 gal barrels.

We want and need others to help work on the common area projects preparing them for the group’s use for when it all falls apart.

I am learning more every day and by no means have even scratched the surface so I want to learn all I can from others as well.

We have converted lights over to LED lighting, 12v rolls of strip lights placed in the old 120v light fixtures.  With changes in electrical consumption, we have cut our usage by more than half getting ready to switch to solar and wind with battery storage.

For a lot of us, we use no medications as we are learning to use essential oils, herbs, and supplements hoping to start growing a lot of what we will need.  I am learning how to make tinctures and our own E oils.  As well as canned and fermented foods(the more of this the less refrigeration needed).

I am one of the Vets, Army 73 to 77 was Motor Sgt in Germany.

Our group has construction experience, electrical, plumbing, welding, machine, metal buildings & roofs (built one retrofit roof the size of two-foot ball fields on top of an 82″² high roof), mechanic of older gas and diesel, solar hot water system, semi-truck driver, reloading experience and equipment, gunsmith, canning experience with canning equipment farming and tactical, to name some.

I have worked relief on two hurricanes working almost 30 days with each one.  So I have seen total destruction, civil disorder, rioting, marshal law with state troopers, and the national guard called out while there.  I’ve also seen families who were desperate and not prepared at all along with families who never missed a beat as they were ready for the natural disaster that hit.  I lived at a mission base 16 years ago with my oldest son for two months in the Amazon without power, so we ate meat only when we caught or killed it.

Fifteen years ago we lived in a camper for a year on the road along the eastern coast from Niagara Falls, driving along with the outer bank islands to Beaumont Texas while homeschooling.

We are looking for group members with Christian values to connect with who would then relocate, or that live in the area this will not be an easy process as we will need to get to know each other (although time is short).  Don’t need decoder rings but security is important.  A tutanota free email account is a requirement if you choose to start the vetting process after we have our first few exchanges of email and phone calls.  We are not looking for members to just join the group, but who will become a part of the group, forming friendship and trust where we know we have each other’s back or 6 as some say.

We (my family) have served the Lord for 28 years full time without a paying full-time job so we are not rich so if you are looking for someone with a lot of money look somewhere else.  If you would like a Godly relationship with a hard-working and honest group then we are open to more communications as to how we could fit together.  We need members who can support themselves, work as a team, and are not looking for a free ride or handouts.

Four personal references will be required for each person 18 and older.  If you can’t get 4 references from other than family members don’t even start the vetting process as you are wasting your time.

If you want to talk about someday maybe doing something then find someone who is looking to someday maybe doing something to talk to.

If you are ready to act now, I have much more to share but will do so in a more private way.  So email me so we can talk privately.

Email me and I will send you my phone number.

Hello All,

We are a small family that has been preparing and has a homestead looking for a group in the GR area.   I am not interested in leaving where I am to come and join your place more looking for like minded people in the area to start and form a network together.  We are open to meeting and we have the means to support more people where we are and are willing to meet with anyone who takes prepping or homesteading seriously.
