I’m not worried about the coronavirus as a health issue because all the contradictory statements and advisories.

People are getting tense and anxious and desperate because some don’t have jobs to go to right now. It’s escalating everyday. People are hoarding food so food prices very well could skyrocket to deter that.

If you’re with or trying to link up with local prepper groups, please send a private message or email about how you’re getting connected and anything you’re doing last minute to insulate yourself against the backlash, not the virus itself.

Hi!

We are a Christian family (with military and LEO) with a homestead of just under 100 acres in NE Texas, approximately ~100 miles from Dallas-TX, Texarkana-AR, Shreveport-LA and Atoka-OK. Not a militia or compound.

We have house, barn, guest houses, storage buildings, etc. We have fall back communities, but want to build a strong community on our existing ranch. This would be an opportunity for individuals or families to prep on our land. This is not an offer to provide free housing or financial support for individuals or families. Beautiful property with creeks, ponds and 25+acres of pasture for gardens, fruit trees, woods, plenty of wild game and training range. Hidden hollow on dead end gravel county road. Interested people please contact txexit at protonmail.

Thank You!

We’ve recruited on here in the past and met some great people but it hasn’t worked out for a variety of reasons.

I’m interested in two things:

  1. Meeting representatives of other functional groups around Colorado.  I’d love to setup some semi-regular coffee talks to compare notes and get to know each other.  Regardless of what part of the state you’re in, there’s a good chance I could refer people to you, but I have to first know what kind of people you’re looking for.  A basic radio network would be useful as well.  Coffee is good, networking is almost as good.
  2. Meeting people interested in joining our group specifically – one that actually works together (shooting, ham radio, hiking…).  If you want to learn more about becoming a member of our group, we require a willingness to learn basic security techniques with us, our way (or even better, if you have a lot of experience with this, to TEACH us), basic security equipment, 6 months of food storage, and various other odds-and-ins as we’ve laid them out.  Email me at johnhartnj at outlook dot com for more info.  If you feel like you have no skills whatsoever, which I’m sure isn’t true, but you can afford your own gear and you honestly want to learn and have fun, we’ll take care of you.  We do have some pistol/rifle/physical fitness qualification standards and we’re here to help you pass them… but you also have to want it.  The standards aren’t difficult unless you have no experience at all or have extreme physical limitations.

I’m not anti-government, we aren’t a militia, and I have little interest in yet another meeting about bug-out bags.  But we do need to take this seriously.  We meet regularly and our on-boarding process is fairly lengthy.  Our location is south of the greater Denver metro area, off the beaten path; the details are private but we offer some/many advantages to staying in the city.  We aren’t a commune, we aren’t selling chunks of our land, and your stuff will forever be your stuff.

My wife tells me that trying to recruit good people from the internet is futile and maybe she’s right.  But here I am.  You have to want to assimilate into the clan and that means building frith and kinship; without that, there is no group.  Best of luck to you all, and I sincerely hope all of you can find a good group to join or have success starting your own.  And I hope none of us ever needs to actually use anything relevant to any of this.

Hi!

I’m new to Central Ohio from the East Coast and I’m in search of people in the area who are willing to share their knowledge with a chick who’s eager to learn.

I have some general knowledge about various survival skills, but I’ve never had the opportunity to practice them with someone who is knowledgeable and experienced. I’m looking to learn the following:

–archery
–fishing and cleaning fish
–Local edible/medicinal wild plant identification and harvesting
–Carving
–Knife sharpening

I do have knowledge about various things that I’d be happy to share, although I’m not sure how relevant my knowledge is to SHTF scenarios….

Baking/cooking from scratch, health insurance, basic sewing, childcare /child development, psychology, floral arrangements… ummm…. I can help you decode what your wife might want from you? I know enough about a lot of little things, so ask me and maybe I know stuff you’re interesting in?

Hello,

My name is Faith, I am a 20-year-old prepper. I’ve been learning and practicing prepping since I was twelve years old. Recently I have developed a master plan for SHTF scenarios, and I’d like to create an established group of preppers, young or old, new or experienced; to help me build that community.  Currently, I live in Barren County, Kentucky, however, I want the community to go beyond physical location.

I’ll attach a copy of my plan files below.

My plan for this network goes like this: This forum thread is the online base camp for us to communicate. Currently, it is just me, but those that wish to form an official network.  We will swap contact information, a name you wish to be called and a general location (nothing too specific, just to get a basic idea as to where we all are.)

From there we’d discuss our knowledge of prepping and any other questions, then when enough people are a part of this network, choose a place for a meet up to get to know each other and establish not only a network but also a friendship, with a common goal of preparedness and survival.

Just as a precaution I’ll make something clear up front: I am a tolerant, open minded person. I respect all ways of life and those who wish to join will not be discriminated on for any reason, you will be judged by your words and actions alone. I will not accept bigoted, racist, sexist, or any form of prejudice. All opinions and expressions are welcomed to be voiced but please do so in a respectable manner. It is encouraged to site and support all statements for show education on the topic of discussion. Bottom line, regardless of skin color, culture, religion, gender, sexuality or any other label we are all here to prepare and share knowledge of survival, and life doesn’t care who or what you are.

With that our of the way:

Those who wish to join the network can post a reply to this post with a method of contact and I will respond within three days. Questions or comments can be discussed here as well.

Note: not all my files will be shown, for security reasons, but you can get an idea of my plans.

Best Wishes,

Faith S.

Hi, I am pretty new to prepping. With the recent threats from the North Korea, I have started a small group. We have started putting away supplies, we have enough right now to feed 5 people for 6 months. We do not have a bunker, but we do have a secret place to go if SHTF. My husband is a mechanic and can fix and weld anything. He also is a handy man, he can build a house from the ground up. I have my bachelors in computer science, a lot of good that will do me if anything does happen but I also have other skills. I am a skilled fighter, I can sew, farm, cook anything from anything. Advanced problem solving skills and I could lead a group effectively. I can think fast and provide solutions that work to keep people alive. I have back up plans to my back up plans. Literally, printed out.

Looking for honest, hardworking people. People that will work together under extreme stress and not turn on each other. People that are loyal, who look to work forward, not backward.  I would like to start a new group so that we may learn and grow/prepare together. Interested, email me @[email protected]

We are in Alabama, We are looking for like minded pepper’s . Experienced or beginners who would be interested in joining a group. One who has been prepping for many years now fearing mostly a economic collapse, because of our national debt and the possible collapse of the dollar. We have also prepped for other problems as well. We are looking for like minded pepper’s who would possible wish to join us in forming a larger and more efficient group. We are wanting to push farther with our prepping. We have an extensive prepping set up already. We are wanting to put it over the top and become totally self reliable, renewable, and self sustaining. We have much to offer ones willing to work with us as a team. We also understand their is security in numbers. If you may be looking for a new home, a group to join or even a bug out location we hope to hear from you…

Hey everyone,

Really new to this. I’ve always been all about making sure to save things and not be wasteful, and have emergency supplies “just in case.” With the way the world is going, though, I want to do something more palpable, focused, and purposeful. I know there’s plenty of preppers in Idaho in Boise and northward. I live in Southeastern Idaho, though, so I wouldn’t be opposed to getting input, help, advice, etc. from experienced people in Utah, Montana, or Wyoming, too.

Thank you for adding me, I look forward to networking with you all.

Christopher

Like the title says

I am reaching out to any like minded Preppers or Prepper Families in or around East Tennessee.

I am willing to email ideas back and forth to run scenarios by each other. Or meet you in a public place for a cold drink and just shoot the breeze for awhile and bounce ideas off of each other to try to keep you from making mistakes i may have already made or so you can help me to keep from making mistakes you may have already made and learned from. Cause it helps to learn from other peoples mistakes that cost time and money.

Here’s a little about me. I am located in the mountains of East Tennessee 30 minutes from North Carolina and Virginia. We live on a small acreage farm. Where we raise Chickens, Rabbits, Meat Goats and an occasional Hog. My wife is wanting to become a better gardener. My daughter is wanting to work on raising milk goats. We have trail horses. We work hard to prepare for bad situations and emergencies because I am sure trouble is coming and it is going to be bad.

I am an Eagle Scout and Ex-Army Infantry. Came home and served locally in the Tennessee Defense Force. I am a Community Service Minded individual but i won’t let my family be a victim. I am a licensed Tennessee Handgun Permit Instructor. A certified CERT “Community Emergency Response Team”Instructor. I used to be a decent mechanic before they computerized everything. I am a certified Glock Armorer. I am working to learn how to reload. I was certified in CPR and as a First Responder in Tennessee. Working to obtain my Ham License.

Feel free to contact me and we will see where it goes from there.

Take care, Keep your powder dry and Watch your Six.
